I guess I'm now officially old. I don't play games or care for camera quality on a phone besides being able to take photos. I don't need to run more than a couple of apps and if I want to run a new app after that I'll just close the others and run the other app. These new phones may give more... but do you need it, especially at the price of a killer PC?
I might pick this up; available at T-Mobile on June 25th, they say. No, it's NOT the ultimate phone by a long shot, but it does have 64Gb (not 32Gb), 5G, and Band 71, and less than $250; all of which is a MUST for me. Added: GREAT review, thanks!
90hz display, 5000 miliamp battery, fast charging, water resistant, full HD screen, and as of today, T-Mobile is running a promo that if you trade in ANY working, undamaged, smartphone (paid off) such as a 7 year old LG whatever, the phone is FREE!!!!!!!! I think its a great budget phone. Why compare it to $1,000 phones.
I got mine recently and love it... totally an upgrade from my Moto E5 plus. Yes the camera sucks, but as a photographer I almost always carry my dslr around with me so honestly I could care less lol. But even then, in a pinch if you absolutely had to use the camera on the phone, it takes just a little bit of editing to make it look better. Add another 64gigs of storage with a $10 micro sd, disable animations, turn on the bottom navigation bar, add a pretty background photo, and its a sweet phone for the price. Just have to see how it holds up in the long term I think reviewers are expecting it to be on par with much more expensive phones which is kind of dumb
@@ramondelgado6778, right. My $200 phone has stereo speakers, 128GB memory, headphone jack, Micro SD Card slot, charger. Flagship phones used to but now don't. They have the memory and that's it. I'm not paying for what I want and can't get.

For those thinking about getting it free with T-Mobile, you're essentially looking at a better screen than the Samsung A32 5G, and a worse camera. The Nord also has splash resistance (A32 5G does not), but the A32 is a bit smoother due to Samsungs software just working better. Also, Samsung OS updates/ support are likely going to be superior too long term (if you plan to keep the device over a year).
The A32 screen is so terrible I would rather just have a better 1080p screen on the One Plus. T-Mobile discontinued the A32 from the 5G for all program and there is good reason for it.
LCD is not bad. Advantage over oled. Is lcd doesn’t get burn in issues like most oled screens suffer. Every single iPhone I had with oled always had burn in. So I went with the iPhone 11 and do not have to worry about that anymore. We need to stop to bash the lcd screens. I take no burn in any day.
I bought one and it's amazing. As good as my father's galaxy S9 and great features. People say it lags and the finger print sensor doesn't work but both claims are bogus... Set up the finger print sensor correctly and it's great. No lag and good for league of legends wild rift!! Buy one!!
I don't mind slow charging, letting it charge overnight at a slower pace is healthier for the battery. Obviously fast charging is great if you are in a rush to charge the battery, but for the typical charge overnight usage, I think slow chargers are better.

No idea where you found the graphics performance 50% difference but the snapdragon 480 benches higher than the dimensity 720 in Antutu by about 15%. Would be interested to hear what made you think it was 50% when a quick google search shows a completely different story, maybe it was the screen resolution difference but that just means one phone has a bad display on it. A32 wins on the camera but that is literally it, a 720p 60hz screen in 2021 is an absolute failure, the screen alone makes the n200 significantly better in my opinion.
You can't look at AnTuTu scores simply because the benchmark app is built specifically for Qualcomm chipset. The 50% improvements in graphics performance are shown in our Geekbench, 3D Mark and GFX benchmark tests. There are GPU specific scores, not overall performance which also accounts for CPU.

The original N100 wasn’t that compelling a device compared to competing models and this one isn’t either.
