Get well soon #4! You're def more than a number. The Cowboys.. The NFL and the world misses you!! The Cowboys need you! Dak 4 MVP Come back player of the year and super bowl winner 2021!
His release seemed so much more consistent and compact than what it has been recently and his footwork was looking so fluid helping to aid his throwing motion as he stepped into every throw. That O line was so good and the play calling off of it was great as well. Seems like after the O line fell apart last year Dak started to develop some bad habits but he’s growing in his 3rd year and a lot of changes around him. He’s starting to get some of it back and he’s definitely improved reading defenses we know he can make all the throws it just has to all come together for him again but the kid is clutch and a winner
i thought the same i feel like the coaches had told him to stay in the pocket, which his not his more like a mcnabb type of guy, and i feel like they had told him to look to his primary reciever which he shouldnt bc if is not there he makes mistakes. which why his being sack alot, but also bc of the lineman, but still coaches need to see how good he was on his rookie year and not change anything about it bc once they change something about someone it goes down hill.
GaMEsH0w 4LIfE yeah I mean I think having Sanchez/Romo/Kellen to look at and learn from in training camp, preseason, and regular season helped tremendously but I doubt they are telling him to do different things that hurt his game. I think more of it is just on the fact that parts on the team around Dak have declined especially when guys like Chaz green were playing at OL and Zeke was in and out and Dez wasn’t getting open. I’d love to see us bring in a veteran backup QB next year and possibly a new OC that could utilize a spread system to both throw and run the ball and allow Dak to use his legs. Hopefully Linehan has more in store for the playoffs it looks like he might now with Tavon Austin back as well
I was thinking the same as far as his mechanics. He seemed to throw the ball a little easier as a rookie. Its like he has to put so much more effort on his throws now.
I am convinced Dak Prescott has the ability to be an elite QB, probably a top 5. He's probably the best "dual threat" QB in the NFL. Give him an O-line equivalent to his rookie year (2016) and he is one dangerous baller. Give this guy a split second more and the ability to plant his feet and square his hips........ he is accurate, he is long and he is one of the best. Take away pass protection and he becomes a good or average NFL quarterback. I hope the DC organization focuses on the o-line in the upcoming 2019 draft.
I agree 100%. That offensive line was giving him protection, unlike this year's. We need better Schemes. Let him run 5 times in a game......we're undefeated when he does that. And for whatever reason he's the most accurate on the run/outside the pocket!!! let's do mor RPO, Bootlegs!!!!
Tony Sandoval Hopefully whoever’s calling the plays next season (pretty sure it’s gonna be Garrett) will let Dak use his legs more and get more creative with Cooper and Gallup. If not, i feel like Garrett will be fired
1 thing i do love about the nfc east is that it's competitive as hell in our division. dak proved he got what it takes. now let's see how this season goes! bleed blue and grey everyday all day till the day I die!
He is so clutch. I don't predict a sophomore slump from him. Our record may not turn out as good but he will continue to dominate along with the rest of the offense.
kingofdeadlift every time I see that green bay game it pisses me off I can't wait till we play them again and they've screwed up they didn't get any good corner but one we got a whole new secondary
You are absolutely correct. Cowboys probably won't win 13 games this year, but they will at a minimum win 11-5, and win a playoff game. Team of the future, right here, with soon to be the best qb in the NFL.
Everyone waiting on Prescott to fail needs to watch this. This was probably the best Rookie QB performance in NFL history... can he repeat it or improve on it? There is not one shred of evidence to suggest he won't. My guess is the Cowboys take a few more lumps (11-5, 10-6) this season but might be better off for it down the stretch. Dak is absolutely legit.
I'm a dolphins fan but I love the way Dak Prescott plays. Gets rid of the football great footwork and very accurate. It's not gonna change this guy is very consistent. When you have a Qb like Prescott it makes the team want to play and get stops. Just a straight blessing to the cowboys.
Dak has ice water in his veins. For a 22 year old to step into the most prestigious, scrutinized position in all of sports and to play the way he did is historic, superhuman.
for the team he stepped up for at the most crucial time... playing QB for the DALLAS COWBOYS says it all during that season... he took everyone by storm
Ice water in his veins…What in the hell does that mean? I guess, in your book, any successful athlete has ice water in his/her veins. That makes ZERO sense and sounds STUPID, at best.
Looking back at this footage, man we had a hell of a season. Dak is a beast. He's only gonna get better with time if he stays injury free. His mobility is a plus , that man can move. We should have had that Green Bay game Cowboys beat themselves on that one ughhh. Haterz you can hate all you want but 13-and 3 is nothing to laugh at. So looking forward to this season.
Jon Kitna was a huge part of Dak’s development, look how free he’s playing, sure his line is older but they’re still good, his ankle injury is a huge reason why he doesn’t scramble anymore.
I been a Dak guy since his first preseason game he came in like a vet starring down the barrel of the blitz and delivering strikes hope he bring the cowboys at least 3 Superbowls and Zeke came in the game smashing the best linebacker in that game hope they can pull it off
This made me miss Butler even more lol man I wish we kept Romo as our QB Coach. Dak with Romo behind him was nasty. I swear if we didn’t have Linehan and Kellen Moore behind him, this Dak would come back. That and if we use our TEs more. Man this offense could be something.
This was a great vid. Music was awesome, perfect, on point, in sync and good choices. I bet Dak would say so himself. Open your minds people.... I have a feeling all you haters have NO friends! He can pass and he is smart. Above all he s a great person and role model! From what I hear he's a great leader/captain and let's just watch what he does. I think all you haters are gonna eat your words.
Dak! fight finish Faith!!! There is nothing this guy can't do!! From coming in to play for those injured and never losing his job! To coming back from an injury and show nothing can hold you back!!! MVP and come back player of there Rayne Dakota Prescott!! Make it Rayne my brother!!!!!
Dak's rookie season wasn't a fluke. With the O-line supplying time to execute, an outstanding running game to keep defenses honest, and the best tight end to ever play the game; potential became a reality. When the receivers stepped up and the "It ain't over till the ref says so." mentality set in, a great Cowboy quarterback was in place. His method and approach to playing the game haven't changed, the structure of the team has. The Cooper acquisition and the win over Philly, in my opinion, repaired that structure enough to give Dak back enough material to rise to the occasion and become the next star of God's Team.....a fan since '65 and the only way that will stop is when I no longer bleed Silver and Blue.
Dak was way more mobile his rookie year than he was this year and that was a main reason why he was so good. I hate how Linehan now limits him with his awful play calling. Get a new OC and we’ll be fine.
That's pretty bad when we had Scott Linehan giving Dak wrong calls. Then you'll criticize Dak?? We are just going to get better now. This team is young and will be fine. So much negativity on Dallas lately. It has been more years than Dallas for the Rams to wiin a SBowl. What's the problem? I know, jealousy. Cowboys and Patriots always get criticism about something.
Thank you for the observation Calvin. Clearly the O-Line is not the same, the receiving corp is not the same, and play calling is not the same but yet Dak stands there every week and takes the bullet for this depleted offense. I love Cowboy Nation but I wish some of our fans actually knew football. GO COWBOYS!
When I compare dak rookie year to now (2018) he had more weapons, you can see how fast the recievers get off the line, always a reciever open. This year its mainly Cooper open. The rest of the receivers need work. Also need a true TE to step up..!!
It's honestly amazing how this guy at one point lost the starting job at Miss St and was largely regarded as a runner only with abismal passing skills only to rebound back, win the starting job, get drafted and so far have success in the NFL.
I was SO impressed by dis guys poise n composition n da pocket last yr. Him along w/ALL da other standout rookies replenished my football spirit which had become as tried as a Jerry Lewis Marathon. LOL. Thx, seems WE got a lot 2 look 4ward 2.
We need THIS Dak in 2021. If the O-line can step up and protect, Dak needs to be THIS Dak for this team to compete. I think the defense will be much better than last year, which gives us a chance to win this division. GO COWBOYS!!!
So called "Fans" don't actually look at stats or game tape. They make up something in their heads and go with it, regardless of the facts. That's why "fans" will say that Dak is a dink and dunk QB. Espn says it, it must be true.
Tony Romo 1st full season record 13-3 Dak Prescott 1st full season record 13-3 Tony Romo 2nd season record 9-7 Dak Prescott 2nd season record 9-7 Tony Romo 3rd season record 11-5 Dak Prescott 3rd season record TBD
I really wish we had this offensive play calling this year. They need to take the handcuffs off Dak and let him roam around. Hes not a pocket passer. If the Cowboys can find a way to make that happen in the playoffs, we will be the team no one wants to play.
They tried to turn him into Tom Brady chalk that up on Garrett'...Dak is good at almost everything great at nothing..That's no Disrespect to his game...But trying to make a mobile QB Tom Brady is confusing
This year we got great defense but not so good offense and last year we had a great offense and not so good defense but I believe we can get back on top
Great video! this shit got me pumped up for this season, Zeke or no Zeke. Especially that come back performance in the playoffs against Green Bay. Hats off to them for beating us but still a hell of a game from Dak. Cant wait to see what we do this year!!!!
Dak is still good. He lost his line, WR core, and good play calling. He’s still learning. With cooper you can see him getting better. The new line coach has that line improving. The WRs are growing as well. He did lose some confidence with the down field plays. I often wonder where the 2016 season went, but at least we can see how good dak can be when all the other players and play calling is good. I feel that next year will be a good one. I still have hope we make it through the playoffs. DC4L
Last year we lost Saint Lee and Zek and the season went down hill. This year he started with a bunch of number 3 receivers and no Witten. Now we have a Super Bowl defense, Copper and a rising rookie in Gallop getting better and better every game. We are about to,make a run! Saints and Washington are about to get beat! No one wants to see us in the playoffs!
Dak came out as a rookie NFL ready his Coaching and Philosphy never allowed him to get better.. After the league adjusted. They tried to make him a pure pocket passer
Kevin Lawrence agreed, that was the one coaching change I was against. Seeing the numbers from 2018-2019, keeping Kitna as QBs coach seemed like an automatic.
Jon Giuffre I agree they gave Moore, Kitnas credit! Forgetting it was Kitna who actually helped Romo as well! I thought Kitna and Richards should’ve stayed the rest could go! Want Romo as QB coach at some point!

He had better ball placement idk what happened he should be balling with the defense we have now I hope he gets us at least 1 ring.. all the hate this man receives, it would just be really nice to see him prove everyone, including himself wrong💯
One thing I noticed is that he got the ball out QUICKLY. These days when you watch him play it seems like he hangs on to it way too long. Just go back and watch some of these snaps, he has the ball out in 2-3 seconds every time. I think when he was a rookie he just followed the play to the letter. Now that he's experienced he's doing too much. He needs to go back to that killer instinct he had and trust his talent and the play call and he'll be fine.
I can’t believe dak made it bro he went from my Mississippi bulldogs to his dream team keep shining dak
You from MS?
MVP and Comeback player of the year, 2021
Ummm dude?
@@sanfranfan297 next season, not this one

I will never take dak for granted again
Holden perkins.....You better NOT....RAYNE DAKOTA PRESCOTT IS THE TRUTH!!! LOL!!! Stay tuned to 2021.
Get well soon #4! You're def more than a number. The Cowboys.. The NFL and the world misses you!! The Cowboys need you! Dak 4 MVP Come back player of the year and super bowl winner 2021!
Watching this video after his injury hits different
Same I came here after I saw the injury in the game man so sad
@MAKAYLA TAYLOR I did cry. Lol. That was a tough day. I'll never forget October 11, 2020 and neither will Dak.
And this is when his mechanics were funky. He's cleaned that up and the man's beast! Future mvp back to back sb's under his belt.
His release seemed so much more consistent and compact than what it has been recently and his footwork was looking so fluid helping to aid his throwing motion as he stepped into every throw. Watching this video makes me wants some of the old players back Like Dez Beasley and Terrance Williams
Martin Gallegos what happened to Beasley?
Alejandro Cabrera he went to the bills cuz he wanted a bigger contract and we didn’t give it to him
Terrance Williams was garbage.
Charles M. he always had big clutch plays tho
Ethan Key he had no consistency and never seemed to come out from under Dez’s shadow and be his own force, he played better when Dez was hurt.
Man. Rookie dak with present day daks mechanics and footwork
🔥

Wendell Koger, They may not even win 11, but I think they sneak in with a wc spot and go deep in the playoffs
I’m watching in 2018 and the cowboys just won in OT 29 to 23 against the eagles and in Arlington
And the vikings with a backup quarterback lmao
This how he’s gonna look next year, just 5times better
I still believe in Dak. Play calling in these clips looks totally different...
I don't care what anyone says. He is gonna get us the number 6. I still believe in him 💪
Too bad the cowboys training staff wasted his talent
That was a great team to watch. Undoubtedly the best regular season team and the most fun to watch. What they did that season was truly remarkable.

Of all the Dak rookie highlights I've seen this one is the best!
this wr core was underrated, dez, cole, butler, williams, and jason

He was so fast before he got injured
Times like these I really miss Witten and Bryant 😫🤧
Jackson Fisher me too I mis s dez throwin up that X 😭
I miss all of our original players # not tony romo😂
Romo was a beast in his prime
Jon Kitna was a huge part of Dak’s development, look how free he’s playing, sure his line is older but they’re still good, his ankle injury is a huge reason why he doesn’t scramble anymore.
Right. Hate they let Kellen Moore and Jason "the clapper" Garret ruin his development. Herbert and the chargers are trash with Kellen Moore
This was such a magical year... season had such a great feeling
Wunderfizz it’s not over yet
VAFan Jr. I’m talking about Dak and Zeke’s rookie year lol
Wunderfizz this year is pretty magical too
Still can’t believe they got rid of Beasley
Nick The Gamer it was for cob but like what the heck
He wanted too much money
Yeah, but CB was worth every penny & then some.
Dez caught it
Everyone talks shit about him but he’s seriously underrated and a fighter.
Kermity underrated? U mistype, it’s called overrated
My Dumass - no, he’s underrated for all the shit he gets and is a fighter

Keep balling out young blood! Hell of a rookie season.
I been a Dak guy since his first preseason game he came in like a vet starring down the barrel of the blitz and delivering strikes hope he bring the cowboys at least 3 Superbowls and Zeke came in the game smashing the best linebacker in that game hope they can pull it off
But now everyone thinks he sucks, when I know for a fact he dominated with the run
Prime Dak & Zeke were complete BEASTS 🔥
And dez
Dez made some phenomenal catches, I think Dak and Dez really had something their.!!
Dak's legs give him more confidence in his arm. His arm is more lively when he's mobile.
This made me miss Butler even more lol man I wish we kept Romo as our QB Coach. Dak with Romo behind him was nasty. I swear if we didn’t have Linehan and Kellen Moore behind him, this Dak would come back. That and if we use our TEs more. Man this offense could be something.
John Paarman I agree with you I miss these days too 💙 in due time our sorry ass OC will be gone and the pieces will fall in place
Mark Sanchez helped Dak more than Romo.
Romo saw Dak as a threat and didn’t spend much time with him.
The year we knew Dallas had a star QB in Dak
Gotdamn we got lucky with this kid. Imma need the season to get here already so I can see more Dak.
Isaiah Tha GOAT Mississippi State only turns out winners.
Love how he stepped up in every throw and trusted his o line to protect him
Seriously, I wish the line was still this good. So many clean pockets...
Andres Castillo I mean they had one of the best lines in nfl history of all time
Pray for Dak
Best Dak highlights I've seen, great work!
I love Dak Prescott
Here to look at better dayz!! 2020
Same😂😪
Exactly why I came here never kissed dak

This was a great vid. Music was awesome, perfect, on point, in sync and good choices. I bet Dak would say so himself.

I have a feeling all you haters have NO friends!
He can pass and he is smart. Above all he s a great person and role model! From what I hear he's a great leader/captain and let's just watch what he does. I think all you haters are gonna eat your words.
We need this dak next season :(
Gotta be hungry again
No we need a new offensive coordinator and then fire Garett
EXCELLENT! The best recap I've seen.

The people who say Dak succeeded just by throwing short passes are totally clueless. He connected on a lot of long balls and this video displays that

Watching this video gave me hope, that they will one day return to be this team again😞🏆🥇
Our 2016 team is no we're near what we have in 2019 just wait we going to be hoisting the Lombardi trophy this season
awesome video, definitely the best video of Dak Prescott's highlights I've seen so far!!
Dak was way more mobile his rookie year than he was this year and that was a main reason why he was so good. I hate how Linehan now limits him with his awful play calling. Get a new OC and we’ll be fine.

Glad we have Cooper now but anyone else concerned about third down conversions without Cole Beasley?
Look at the protection he got and play calling play action
Thank you for the observation Calvin. DC4L
Thank you! I been saying this all along and only a few people see the light. REAL football fans understand.
Good job bro! Last song was on point!
...I think i'll keep Dak. Thats what I think
dak was good then, hes even better now.
Not even he is shit compared to Jimmy garapolo
big bruh , jimmy gets carried
Dak Carries
I feel confident saying that dak will make the hall of fame
MinorMoneyGames For real. Actually considering his dual talent and the talent around him, it would be shame for him not to make the hall
Aggie4life77 what are u smoking

Who else is scratching their heads watching this?
Dak came out as a rookie NFL ready his Coaching and Philosphy never allowed him to get better.. After the league adjusted. They tried to make him a pure pocket passer
I watch this every week
He did this with Bryant,Williamson,Beasley Butler as receivers, pretty impressive
Dez was still top 10 even coming off a injury riddled season
Facts...wasnt a great receiving core at all....Dez was not a top 10 receiver at this time...and the others were just guys
Thank you for posting! Epic video!!!! Go Cowboys!!!! =)
We love cowboys even more because we love Dak.
Money
From the day he made his debut in L.A I said this guy is gonna be a beast happy to say I'm not wrong yet
Joshua Gonzales it was only those preseason games that made me feel confident in him when tony went down
We need this dak at 2018
Deedog Gaming ya well it would’ve helped if it wasn’t kellen Moore coaching him
MIKE MCARTHY IS THE BREATH OF FRESH AIR DAK AND THE COWBOY FANS DESPERATELY NEEDED!!
Knew since that preseason that he was special
Watching this, you can see how much his mechanics improved this last season after working with Kitna.
Jon Giuffre I’m happy he went back to him this offseason Kitna should still be QB coach imo

That Steelers cowboys game was something special. Glad Dallas got the dub in that one
I want you to realize Dak is the reason why BOTH Dez and Witten have a TD in the postseason.
