My friend / partner ? We feel a way because we are making a comparison in the moment and something in the past … what is the Fram of Reference???? We only “think” we need to be better when we are comparing ourselves to something we are not in the present moment - something else - if we don’t make the comparison we are everything we are in the moment - Going forward with a lot of self love - free myself from a success/failure paradigm.
