I'm not a RUclips expert by any means but I would suggest centering your face in every thumbnail and brighten up your theme with vibrant colors. Study Mark Rober and Mr. Beast thumbnails.

@@BrianSinkiewicz I have a little remodel series coming out at some point and I’ve been focusing more on the thumbnails. RUclips’s kind of taken a backseat since my baby was born. Although I am posting a ton of baby memories on my other channel 🙃
