      I was riding on the bus and this idea came to my mind. I think it should be a requirement to every fight for the final 10 seconds of the final round to just go blow for blow with each other.

      The broken nose was legit, the nasty 2 eyepokes were unfortunate. Broken nose messes your eyes up (I’ve broken mine 3x) and then to get eye DEEP eye pokes immediately, Max should keep them hands shut cause that was mad lame. The KO was solid and he did a good job, but the eye pokes irritated me. Definitely helped.

The op follows Gaethje to the ground and just as that sinks in it pans up to Holloway's celebration and the crowd reacting.     Crazy to see that they both still had enough gas left in the tank to trade blows like that in the bottom of the 5th round. A few shots were just shy of missing Holloway's head, just same as the shot that connected on Gaethje's chin. It really is ballsy to just stand their and trade blows like that, just waiting for one person to connect.
    Respect, but it really could have gone either way, just based on a fraction of a second or a slight movement here or there.

    You can’t ask for anything better:
    -UFC *300* (ufc 300 was still an underwhelming card)
    -BMF Title
    -2 respected legends
    -exciting fight ALL 5 rounds
    -Stand And Bang last 10 seconds
    -KO at very last second
    This was a fight for the HOF and they both deserve the HOF
