Background: Bruce Wayne is a Senator from Coreillia, his parents are killed by bounty hunters for speaking out against Senator/Chancellor Palpatine. The Coreillian Foxbat was the inspiration for Batman he traveled the galaxy learning investigation and combat techniques. Batman is somewhat force sensitive when he tries to meditate, but still very much human. Currently his "Batcave" is an asteroid orbiting Coreillia's largest ship yards. The Bat-Fighter is similar to Sinear Fleet System's Scimitar, but resembles cthe Fury Class the Sith flew in SWTOR. While versed with a lightsaber, Batman never directly confronts a force user but clouds their minds and concentration before engaging.

He would easily be one of or if not the most powerful Jedi or sith in the verse not even joking he's already pulled off feats for just being a peak human.

Batman being given a light saber to help fight would be pretty interesting as well. Of course batman can't use the force to augment his speed, but i believe he's still a master swordsman and would easily hold his own against any jedi or sith. As long as they don't use the force though

If Bruce Wayne and had his level of intelligence that he had in the DCU and was in Star Wars he would have tracked down who chancellor Palpate truly was and he’d probably have been one of if not the greatest lightsaber duelist
Batman wouldn't bother interrogating Gunray. He would investigate from the shadows, tap into surveillance, track the most likely suspects (of whom Palpatine would ABSOLUTELY be one) and set a trap for him. EMPs, cortosis, beskar, taozin scales, poisons, there are lots of options for the final confrontation that wouldn't require a jedi or sith for assistance (though that definitely makes it easier if you get one of the better ones)
