Стиль дирижирования Бруно Вальтера очень живой , близок к природописанию. Мне как Русскому это очень импонирует. Но лучше всего он Раскрывается в Маллере.

サウンドはNYだけど、演奏は正確。ブラームスがこの曲で表現しようとした、革新的な試み、千鳥足、アクロバットが、正確に表現されていると思います。この曲をN響が演奏したのを酷評したら、N響信者からクソミソに言われました。指揮がエッシェンバッハでもブロムシュテッドでも全然楽しくないので、オケに遊び心が無いというか、ガチガチに肩に力が入った良くない思想に捕らわれているのかなと思います。ちなみにエッシェンバッハもブロムシュテッドも私が尊敬する指揮者です。
