    very bad design for the following reasons
    1) No Foyer area on entry in 1st floor
    2) No space for refridgerator in kitchen
    3) utility area in 1st floor is very small
    4) Pooja room is not spacious
    5) kitchen sink is very small
    6) 1st floor room's bathroom has toilet in the corner & shower in the entry area. shower should always be in the corner.
    7) lots of space wasteage in the design
    8) bath tub is no longer trendy, it's utter waste
    9) very small balconies
    10) no home theatre
    11) no spacious living hall in 2nd floor
    12) No dedicated office room/ space
    13) tv unit area is next to main door in 1st floor

      There are many positive aspects to appreciate about this home. The master bedroom and other rooms are spacious, though the master bedroom lacks proper ventilation. The hall and dining areas are excellent, but it’s surprising there’s no designated space for a refrigerator. The balcony and utility area are adequately sized. The water feature in the hall might have been avoided, as it makes the hall appear smaller. Typically, homes for sale don’t include bathtubs due to their inconvenience when not used regularly. However, the house is clean, neat, and has a premium feel. Each bedroom includes a study area, although a dedicated study room would be a nice addition. The 4-foot steps in the room are a notable feature. The house is not Vastu compliant, but having the TV near the entrance is acceptable. The absence of a home theater isn’t a significant drawback, as the fourth bedroom can easily be converted into one.
      Highlights include:
      Beautiful elevations.
      Spacious bedrooms.
      Overall premium appearance.
      Lovely terrace garden.
      Neat kitchen.

    Site value is Rs16000/ - sq feet in smv st block . This is reasonable price , people dont know the value of land and cost of constructon materials , you start yourself to construct house independently then only u will come to know the value of house value

      For 16,000 we will get in RR Nagar main place, we will get in Basavanagudi also if we search properly, instead of going out of city

    3.3 cr? Joke. I stay in near Nagarbhavi in a very good layout and 30x40 costs 1 cr. Construction for this kind of house including interiors will be max 1.1cr. Lift bere illa. 3.3 cr is a joke. yaar thogotharo, panganama
