You are talented in pastry skills and also an equally good teacher breaking down all the steps precisely and in an easy way that we can pause, do that step and play the next step and pause through every step of the process. That isn't something that everyone can do and you appear to be natural at it. Before I became terminally ill I was a school teacher and foster Mum so I've learnt to break tasks into small steps as I taught five year olds.

I made these last night for my guests today. I am the only one who got to taste them warm AND room temp. Actually, I prefer them better today because the crumb was much nicer. But I’m sure I have many guests who wish they had been here last night to have them hot out of the oven.
