Elephant Brass is a newly established brass quintet founded in 2020 in Switzerland. From its earliest beginnings, Elephant Brass has been feeded and enriched by its diverse origins with members from France, Italy, Belgium, Portugal and Brazil who met during their studies at the Haute École de Musique de Genève. The five young and enthusiastic chamber musicians are devoting themselves into the promotion of brass music in its most unsuspected aspects through ambitious transcriptions or even creation of new music in the hope of bringing a breath of fresh air to its audience.
