Ingredients:
500 g or 4 1/2 cups and 2 tbsp. glutinous rice flour
2 cups or 500 ml water
1 1/4 cup or 228 g sugar
For the Pastillas:
1 1/3 cup or 144 g powdered milk
1/3 cup or 98 g condensed milk
For the Edible Glue:
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 cup water
For the Coating:
1 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
