It's interesting that, with it being a Friday night, a Thames programme airs on Grampian at 6.30pm while in London LWT are on air airing the 6 O'Clock Show at the same time!!!!

I think this happened across many regions with “Whose Baby?” I have an early cake-era Central promo for Sunday nights and they had WB? on at 6pm.
I think it was just one of those cheap shows that a company made and sold to the other companies as an easy way of filling half-hour slots. Like other companies did with Anglia’s Orion Welles’ Great Mysteries or with Southern’s The Capone Investment.
Whether the other regions recorded their own copies down the line from Thames for later broadcast, had their own copies made for them by Thames and posted to them or booked a line from Thames and Thames played it out again just for that region/those regions, I can’t say. (The third option would be easier than you think on a weekend - and ditto LWT on a weekday - because there would still be staff including VT operators at the London companies making programmes anyway. It’s really only the presentation and transmission control departments that were shut on days they didn’t broadcast).

Note to Bernie - first rule of hosting a show is GET YOUR GUESTS NAME RIGHT! It's Mick Robertson, not Robinson! 🤣
