Sonic 1 will always be my favorite. I can remember being 8 years old being dropped off at my grandmothers while my parents were working. One day I played all day and when my mom came to pick me up I was on the last level and begged her to wait for me to beat the game since you couldn’t save. Great memories.

Hi Reggie. I have played and finished Nayuta: Boundless Trails on the Switch and I definitely enjoyed it! Yes, you are right it plays like Ys Origin it is fairly simple but what I loved about it are the clever level design.
I remember getting Sonic 2 for Christmas that game will always be my favorite! From the level design to the boss battles and one of the best soundtracks you'll ever hear in a video game!!!

I love all the old Sonic games. My favorite is Sonic and Knuckles. I loved the character knuckles because I was known in school for having big knuckes when I made a fist. I remember the commercial for it with Santa and the elves. So I got that one new and was blown away by how it worked with sonic 2 and 3. For teh reason you like Sonic CD is the reason why I don't like it as much. I find it to be a chore to go back in time to make a good future. I like just going through the levels.
really love the horizon games, the first is my favorite video game of all time and I am still currently playing horizon west (man wish I caught that collector's edition price!!) ... been taking me years to get through it haha
I actually pre ordered Scars Above and played it at launch. I was really hoping for a creepy, mysterious almost survival horror experience. Unfortunately i found it pretty disappointing in the end. Its a pretty bland and boring experience. I saw it going for £8 the other day. For that cheap I'd say give it a go but wouldn't advise anyone to pay more than that
I always thought pyramid head was the scariest character in a video game back in the day but I feel nemesis was more torture. One night I had a dream about both of them and woke up in sweat, felt like I was having a heart attack attack and I was only a kid when those games were out
Stoked to see castle crashers get a physical release. But gutted at thd prices on Ebay. Hopefully it will get a more wide spread release in the future.
I want to get more into shoot em ups and I honestly don't know any other content creator that talks about them as much as you do. Im thinking Gun Bird 2 for Dreamcast as a start but if there are any PlayStation or Nintendo shoot em ups you'd recommend instead I can get that!
I really liked Golf Story but Sports Story it's sequel was very disappointing, essentially rushed and not finished. I might check out the Golf RPG you've shown.

I have noticed in UK digitally Shakedown Hawaii is on £3 on Switch... may pick that up... although my backlog is insane right now. By the way Hyper Sentinel is a love letter to Uridium... You may enjoy that on C64 if looking to see the original... The Amiga also has the sequel Uridium 2. As to the music on tape... I kickstarted this game and on mine the game was on tape looking device, but was actually a novelty shaped usb stick... might be the same with the music.
Nothing touches the music of Sonic CD, especially how refreshing travelling in the past feels. Good choice with Sonic 2 and the original holding a close second and third.
I think Wanted Dead hits the mark. You need to completely master the controls, after that, the game opens up for you. This game does not hold your hand, it is hard even with the cat ears on

Shakedown Hawaii looks nice on the Switch Oled in handheld mode. Fun for quick Gaming playing fast missions.

Vblank is so cool, i picked up Hawaii shakedown on the wii and retro rampage for ps3. Theyve ported those games to so many systems

Wanted dead is a cult classic game. Its jank for sure, but its got that right type of jank to not be totally bad. Its that type of game.
