【Victor Kwok: Recommend Enhancing Connectivity of Identification Documents between the 2 Regions】
Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF) and Hong Kong Coalition jointly launched a new report on the opportunities and challenges for Hong Kong youth entrepreneurship in Guangzhou on 20 June. In response to the challenges faced by Hong Kong youth starting their own businesses in Guangzhou, the report proposed a total of seven policy recommendations to the Hong Kong SAR Government, the government of Guangzhou Municipality, and other relevant institutions to help the business development of Hong Kong entrepreneurial youth in Guangzhou.
Victor Kwok, Assistant Research Director and Head of Education & Youth, OHKF, noticed the difficulty in getting bank loans in Guangzhou by using documents such as Home Return Permits or some residence permits, because the banks in Guangzhou could not access their credit record in Hong Kong. He suggested adopting Nansha as a pilot point, where data such as residence permits, Home Return Permits, etc. could be mutually shared to facilitate cross-border credit referencing.

【香港青年於廣州創業的機遇與挑戰】
【郭凱傑：建議提升兩地證件的聯通程度】
團結香港基金（基金會）與香港再出發大聯盟於6月20日聯合發表新一份題為《香港青年於廣州創業的機遇與挑戰》的報告。針對香港青年在廣州創業面對的挑戰，報告分別向香港特區政府、廣州市政府及其他有關機構提出共七項政策建議，以助香港創業青年在廣州發展。
基金會助理研究總監、教育及青年研究主管郭凱傑指出，現時使用回鄉證或居住證在廣州當地尋找銀行貸款是非常困難，因為銀行無法查閱徵信記錄。他建議以南沙作為試點，實現數據信息的共享，幫助跨境的徵信數據對接。
