Your acne is definitely internal but DON’T do accutane. You can definitely fix whatever is going on with supplements. Try and go and get blood work done and do a full blood panel including your hormones. You will definitely find what is causing the acne there, trust me! Love your family and this vlog ❤

I don’t drink wine, beer or spirits etc. because I can taste the yeast and alcohol more prominent to the flavouring. That’s because of my sensitive taste palate, seems like Hubby has the same. Omabelle has a different taste palate that can amalgamate wine flavouring with the taste of food.

What a great video- seeing you with your family brings a smile to my face and those shoes are so beautiful so happy you went with those (your hubby has done well)! For your skin, I think you are right about it being internal so I'm praying that your able to get Accutane and/or what you need for the health of your skin. But be encouraged your skin has come a long way and is significantly better and regardless you are beautiful💙💙💙
Omabella have you considered that your diet is contributing to your acne. I suffered from acne for years including cystic. Changing my diet made a huge difference in my skin , along with supplements and skincare.
My dear, one thing I’ve promised myself after trying so many things from Diet, no makeup, cleansing, skincare etc and nothing worked, I’m gonna eat whatever I want and enjoy myself and not let Acne deprive me the good things of life 💯💯💯

Your kids are hilarious. Those cookies are filled with love and kindness 😂 I also love that their dad is taking them to Home Depot and teaching them about location of tools for DIY projects. Kids have to learn how to handle many things in life and it’s great if parents can teach them when they are young.
