Omg you definitely put me on reading Ace of Diamond. I love baseball in RL;I have an uncle who was a coach of a baseball team as a teacher at his school. He also got me into really loving the Red Socks. But besides that;I had no clue there was even manga about baseball. I AM SO EXCITED TO READ IT.
yes omg i highly recommend! i think diamond no ace is a great place to start with baseball manga. there is quite a bit of baseball manga actually, my favorite is big windup but there is no official translation so it is hard to recommend (there is an anime though). hope you enjoy!!

nct mentioned rahhhh ‼️‼️ no but i definitely agree with you as far as consuming more manga than anime. most of my animanga friends prefer to watch rather than to read, and i have tried explaining that i prefer manga not bc i don’t enjoy anime, but bc i enjoy getting the story in its rawest form. it’s very comforting to know that people agree out there!
yes!! 127s bsides never disappoint but i am so obsessed with walk 👁 and i totally get what you mean ... at anime expo when i was talking about the witch hat atelier panels i was excited for my friends were like ??? what is that .... but if i get them onto the anime when it comes out i'm sure they'll love it. maybe i will be able to convert them to the manga side by shoving the amazing art at them after they get a taste in animated form LOL
Yeah, I more love for daiya and cant wait for the new season to come out. I just recently rewatched all of the anime with my brother and it was his first time ever watching with me over the summer break from school. I regained my love for it and my brother just loved it, he's a baseball junkie and enjoyed the series. Also, I started reading a baseball manga on manga plus called The Days of Diamond, which takes a bit of a mature spin on a baseball story, the art reminds of a lot of Big WIndup, except different artist. I only read five chapters so far but its about a prodigious six grader who tries out many sports but he always seem to be on top of anyone and has trouble making friends/other kids make fun of his talent. I don't want to say too much but that's the basic premise.
I get it! I’m in a similar situation with the Mission Yozakura Family anime where I’ve read the manga so know what’s happening. However, the anime is doing some changes with the adaptation to streamline the plot and I’ve been having a great time watching it. I’ve also been recommending the manga to folks who have been liking the anime!
@@tsukkinotes yep! While reception with manga readers is a bit mixed due to some content being cut to keep the plot flowing, I’m happy that the anime is brining in new readers.
Daiya read wooo. Do you prefer act 1 or 2 artstyle. i like both but sometimes I miss the thicker lines in act 1. always will be my #1 sports series and Sawamura the best mc. I'm gonna have to collect more Mandarin versions when i return to Taiwan. As for me i'm re-reading Baby Steps and I'm 65 chapters away from completing it again. it's as great as I remember it was. But i wish there was more ppl who read it so i could talk about it Since you're watching Apothecary, have you heard of Yatagarasu thats airing rn? it's not talked about much but i heard it's very similar. also has amazing mystery and politic related themes in a historical fantasy setting
How many volumes does the Apothecary Diary get up to in the season? It's been a while since I've read it, I think I have 3 volumes on my TBR right now, I was thinking maybe I should watch the anime to catch up and then read the volumes I have waiting.

The anime of Apothecary diaries has adapted 2 vol of Light novels and i recently finished LN vol 11....trust me it just gets better and better.

yes!! i only have a couple volumes ... i would buy them all but i have a tiny piece of hope that eventually they will print it in english

For me i would said i would read/playing the source material first before watching the show! 😁🤭 It also happens to me with the video games too! 😌
