I remember one time while dining in turkey, we waited so long for the food but the staff apologized several times, gave us free desserts (baklava, kunafa) and Chai, not just for one person but for the whole family. I have so many other good experiences with the turkish people.
Merhaba Jones family. Welcome to my favorite country I have traveled to as a tourist. You'll love it there and need more than 90 days to see it all. It's a great place to hang out to pass the pandemic as well. Consider applying for one year long Turkish residency permit now that you are there. This way you won't have to do the 3 months in 6 months visa thing that Americans get. In three months it'll be perfect time to winter in Antalya, or Alanya on the med coast or Bodrum or Fethiye on the Aegean sea coast. Have few extra Adana Kebap, Pide or Gozleme for me until I can get back to Antalya this fall. Please visit Trabzon area in the summer, it's cooler there in summer. Look forward to all your wonderful adventures in beautiful TURKEY
Good to see you again ,I miss you all ,now so happy to see you in Turkey I hope you enjoyed so much in Turkey because Turkey have a lot to see and eat 👌👍💚🇵🇰
I love the fact you're showing us the food it's like I'm enjoying it there with you guys..awesome ! The food looks amazing I've been to Turkey usually all inclusive tours and they provide tons of food- amazing !
There was a documentary a few years ago called "Kedi" about the stray cats of Istanbul. It was really good. If you guys are ever looking for something to see, you might enjoy renting it. I know it's on Amazon.
The Jones family Welcome back. I hear instanbul is a beautiful city. Turkey would be on my bucket list to visit. Im glad you like the lamb because I'm not a big fan of it. How long do you plan to be in Turkey. I look forward to seeing your up coming videos of your your travel to Turkey. "CONCHA POWER"
Good to see you guys back on RUclips. If you like Ethiopian food then you should definitely try Habeesha near taksim square. They have limited menu, but their kitfo is amazing. I believe they have live music on Thursday nights.
Awesome place to be in guys, try Turkish Ice cream Dondurma. You can find it every where specially if you are near Galata Tower, you will love the juggle with the vendor to get your ice cream. Hope you enjoy your trip.
I have been following your videos from quite a long time and I really enjoy watching your travel vlogs. I have noticed one thing that some of your videos have been watched by more than a million viewers but still you have not crossed 100 thousand subscribers anyways Jones family you are food junkie and my conviction says that Turkey is a heaven for food lovers and you all are going to have a jamboree time there.
Yah. I look at the analytics and it appears that 90% of our views come from non subscribers. We are a different kind of channel for sure. Yes a jamboree. Great word!

But with a turkish/more oriiental twist to it

There are some Brits (TREAD the globe) travelling there (and all around Turkey) right now and it looks so good with no crowds.
I've read you can stay in Turkey for 90 days (US Passport) but found mixed information about being able to extend beyond that. Have you heard anything about that? Also, did you have to have onward tickets when you got your visas for Turkey?
I’ve never been there in Istanbul but my friend suggested me to try lokum Turkish delight!! InshaAllah I’ll try soon and I would like you to try as well!! It’s good to see you eating and your expressions about food are amazing keep uploading thanks from Pakistan 🇵🇰 ❤️💚❤️💚❤️💚❤️💚
Yah I think so. You can feed yourself try inexpensively at local shops. You can easy feed yourself for $2 USD per meal on the cheap end and get something decent for $5-10.
Istanbul is a wonderful city, the whole city is like a big museum, there is a lot to see here. You will enjoy a lot. I had been there in 2005 and then in 2010. I don't know how much is it changed due to Erdoganization. All the best 👍💗
Glad 2 c u back in stream. why didn't u pass by Karachi? That part is still pending at ur end. Please try to explore turkey as much as u can. It has a lot to c and enjoy. Turkey.. Beautiful country. I've been there last 4 years ago.
Is eating out in Turkey more expensive than in Malaysia? Looks like the meals are big in portions. I'm also saving up to go to Turkey in the future.
I would say it’s probably even a bit cheaper at the more established restaurants. For basic groceries it seems very similar.
Good luck ..superb post 👍👍👍
