As a New Orleanian, when a hurricane is approaching the coast, it comes in like a bull but then starts losing steam. This one didn’t. It became stronger which doesn’t happen. A Dew Weapon struck it. There’s evidence of it on other weather RUclips channels. It should have weakened going into FL, so NC should have never ever got hit this hard, wiping out whole towns. We flooded here to the tops of roofs and some houses were knocked off their slabs from Katrina, but I’m 66 and have never seen a hurricane do damage like this

The analysis is authoritative, measured, and professionally presented. So, I see no merit for criticism that the analysis is alarmist. My only criticism -- as a former network news producer -- is that the videos are too long and could be condensed, or, topics could be cestioned with time stamps, which would allow viewers to select topics that most inerest them. Doing that would take the burden off the viewer for having to edit the presentation by fast forwarding, rewinding, and basically searching for what's most interesting. Otherwise, this is an informationally rich product that makes meteorology understandable.
