When they had hidden characters (I think they stopped doing it but not sure), they would hide the extra character in with one of the others like you found out. I have only pulled one and it was for the Little Mermaid set with Ariel's sisters. The hidden character was the seahorse announcer for Triton. What a fun pull for Maleficent though! I'd want to see you collection of Capt. James Hook Tamatoa would be a good addition to Ursula's grotto as a student. Don't really see him as a twisted wonderland professor but I could be wrong
Not always. I've had a few bad paint jobs every now and then, but this box seemed to be an exception from what I've opened before. Either way, I love the figures & a few are easy fixes, but Jafar is kind of a hot mess 😂
