Do you take the pre workout for energy? Is it the same as drinking an energy drink like an alani?
Yes, I do take for energy along with other things. It is good for energy, drive, powder, endurance, focus etc. It’s not the same as drinking an alani nu energy drink though - those are just caffeine bombs lol. E. The pre workout I usually use has creatine in it and glycer pump which really helps with the muscle pump during your workout which I love!
