Loved this video. You inserted some clever and funny clips that made it really interesting. I laughed with the fox and cheese insertions. Very funny. I think you must have greatly enjoyed putting this video together. This reading series is great. More people should watch it.

The art of war seems to state the obvious despite its reputation for having great insights.

I think it states what FEELS obvious, but may be overlooked by the brash and arrogant. To a level head, yes, these are obvious, but to someone fueled by the heat of battle and bloodlust, these are lessons that they're not really processing.

adding magic to the battlefield changes very little. because war, war never changes,

If Solid Snake says that war has changed, then war has changed, dammit!

The book seems to say a lot about war, but it doesn't answer the ultimate question... Can love bloom on the battlefield?

Love can bloom anywhere. That's the great thing about love. After all - 'hate is always foolish and love is always wise'.
