How to Be at Peace in our Chaotic World explains why the world is becoming increasingly more chaotic, and how one can to be at peace, despite this chaos. Inner Peace is the foundation of life, because without it, it’d be hard to focus on anything else, or be inspired to pursue what we want in life. We may think we don't have peace because the world cannot be at peace, but the opposite is true. It is the world that is in chaos and cannot be at peace, because human mind is in chaos and not at peace. It’s the suffering in chaotic mind of human that prevents the world to find peace. The chaos and suffering and the lack of peace in the external world is the reflection of the chaos and suffering and the lack of peace in the human mind. So, if you really want more peace in the world, you need to first find that peace in your own mind. Only when you restore peace and harmony in you, you can bring more peace and harmony to others around you and to the world.
