@13:08 in a resourceful state like Nagaland the economy will never be hampered, it will only get exploited by the powerful. The true power of this state has always been it's biodiversity, why not make use of that instead of waiting for big private firms. Sadly for examply, farming is always made to look like something primitive and a poor man's job. Cultural conditioning is very important.
3:41 Nagaland is COMPARATIVELY safer for women, yes. But I'll be honest. As a naga girl, I don't feel safe AT ALL to walk alone, even in my colony. I live somewhere around Upper Agri Colony and I would often go to Jotsoma road for an evening scroll. I have been catcalled multiple times. And it's usually naga men who does it. Drunk and loud music blasting from their car speakers and shamelessly eve teasing the female joggers. There was a time when I thought I was literally about to get kidnapped because a car stopped right next to me and drove at my walking pace. I was SO scared and uncomfortable. This may sound exaggerated but it actually happend. I have, sadly, more such experiences. It's so unfair!
