    Do you distinguish concentration and attention or use those interchangeably?
    By the way, I am currently on the path of becoming meditation teacher and your content is amazing for deepening my understanding and making finer distinctions in my vocabulary.

      Hello Vejas, it is nice to hear from you.
      I use the words attention and concentration separately. Concentration is the focusing of awareness to one point. Attention in mindfulness meditation is the balance of the mental factors of investigation, mindfulness, concentration and awareness. All four factors need to be present for it to be referred to as attention.
