It's so sad to see these places just left to rot because the family can't be bothered to come take care of the things that were precious to their deceased loved ones.
I agree, especially when it's an old house. That makes it even sadder but it had over a century of memories. I see a lot of old farmhouses left to rot when I would love to fix them up
The Tide Pod container indicates someone was living there in at least 2012 when they first were sold , always amazes me how they leave everything behind
I went into an abandoned mansion one time with an indoor pool and everything. The entire 3rd floor was converted into a professional model trainset made with paper mache. Parts of the tracks would go through walls and stuff. We were completely shocked what we had found.
If i were to die and leave my home full of stuff, id rather people take what they want to keep or sell so that others can enjoy it rather than have it deteriorate.
My thoughts exactly.. Who's paying the water bill ? I guess if it's the city they don't care but if it's one of us... " You got a 1 million dollar water bill due on the 23rd"..
"Everything you own becomes garbage". Exactly! That's why storing up riches on earth is worthless because you can't take it with you. Too many people live for material gains and in the end, it all goes to waste anyway. Sad but such is life.
sometimes I would throw out stuff randomly. I would get into moods. I miss some of that stuff. But it's just stuff. if you think we are kind of stuff too. that moves
Never ceases to amaze me how much stuff just gets left in abandoned houses, especially in America. If that was over here in Scotland, family would have claimed the photos, all the stuff would either have been sold or gifted to charity , or in worst case, nabbed by explorers, especially all the electrical stuff....you just don't see many places where people's belongings are just left like this! But in America, this seems, at least from RUclips vids, to almost be standard for a lot of places.....
We have had beautiful old Victorian homes go this way because siblings get to fighting over the property and nothing is ever resolved. One was finally given to the local fire department to use as a burning exercise. The men dressed up as ghosts as they existed it. Pictures in double exposure came out. You could see the trees behind the house through the house. A bittersweet reminder.
i can see a pair of adidas prophere @8:41 those were released around 2017 when i had a pair and i dont think adidas makes them anymore. so a simple way to determine date when that person last lived there
Not sure why it didn't occure to you this was probably a public space. Pool table, ping pong, 2 bars. Large seating, notices in the bathroom, large kitchen. It clearly wasn't just a private home
The last abandoned house video you guys did, someone in the comments was (un-ironically) scolding you for trespassing and claiming he would contact his lawyer...over a property he had no relation to. I was half-hoping he'd pop up in these comments, if only for morbid amusement.
Those clowns are sad. Imagine how boring your life must be to level such empty threats - and not even putting any effort in it. You wanna hire and pay a lawyer for something like that? Something that will not go anywhere? Go right ahead... 😂
Omg Chris, when you picked up those shorts and threw them, it had me in stitches 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. I also love trains, so what a waste. It's just so sad to see everything left behind.
We have those toilet signs here in Greece, it’s because the toilet pipes are too small to cope with anything but pee and poop, you put paper etc in small bins that you empty.
Did you or anyone notice at about 6:08 to 6:10 looks like someone walks past the window right after you say that is wierd looks like someone parted it off. Maybe a glitch in camera or a reflection???
people keep saying that. it would make some sense but then you wouldn't hear them talk as if we need to really just mumble. it's all up to them. I don't care.
The wild colors and water pouring into the basement, think this is a natural Spring . Not going to last much longer with that watered down foundation. Interesting explore , thanks guys .
@@cgtbrad yea its WIDE OPEN now the house isnt whats bothering me its the fact he name dropped the location mind you there is little to no graffiti on any of those boats. that house is cooked lmao the boats are where its at. its rare you find a place and its not vandalized
It's so sad to see these places just left to rot because the family can't be bothered to come take care of the things that were precious to their deceased loved ones.
Yeah, but they're not precious to anyone else.

who said he had a family
maybe they died too
The Tide Pod container indicates someone was living there in at least 2012 when they first were sold , always amazes me how they leave everything behind
Like the train set ! Pool table !
Good life at one time !
It's good that you don't do these alone.

hmm interesting
Thank you for sharing, I work at a community recycling center and you wonder why so much is tossed or left behind. Great Video
If i were to die and leave my home full of stuff, id rather people take what they want to keep or sell so that others can enjoy it rather than have it deteriorate.
Great video Chris. Like the 3 stack VCR and DVD players on the old tube tv.
Cool video mate. So much stuff. As they said back in day "' if you can not hold what you own on the back of a horse, you own too much".👍😎🇦🇺

That's so true everything you cherish, and love becomes Garbage once you pass away it's kind of sad to think about it.

"The land was sold to the City." LOL. Seized for delinquent property taxes more likely. That looks like it was a nice old house at some point.
Jay in the background, yelling STOLEN!!.....LOL😂😂
I'm mean it was Camden NJ lol
Gee
This could be what MY place will look like in 20 years 😭

Ty and Happy New Year. Great videos. Have a great year
Happy new year!
...that Cadillac was super sketchy.

I'm going to go home after work and clean my house in just case I "buy the farm" tomorrow.🏡
😂😂😂
That was a Pennsylvania Railroad emblem on the train set. Very collectible 😢

Lol I remember that clown!
The loonies are loose.

Proof you can't take it with you.
But we can enjoy it while we're here! 😊
That was a Lionel train. (You can tell by the three rails).
Great video. Shame about the train setup and pool table

Thinking you might want to suit up, glove up, and mask up before you enter places like this. This place is a public health hazard.
people keep saying that. it would make some sense but then you wouldn't hear them talk as if we need to really just mumble. it's all up to them. I don't care.
you don't care if I don't care cool we can all care and not care together
I love the videos keep them up. That was a crazy abandoned house
The wild colors and water pouring into the basement, think this is a natural Spring .
Not going to last much longer with that watered down foundation. Interesting explore , thanks guys .
no such thing as a natural spring. everything is broken plumbing. i know it sounds crazy at first
That running water is driving me crazy. Why can't we save some for the kids and future generations. Gotta be a home shutoff somewhere.
Is that all we are, so sad 😭
Everything becomes garbage is a sad way to look at it. Instead look at it as you’ve gone someplace nice and you don’t need anything else.
Thats sad wonder what that basement train mancave looked line in its heyday
I hope you notified the city or water company about the broken pipe and the water running!
There is no way to cut that water off? Would have been a great service to someone.
Very sad to see this happen. Was there not any family to leave this to? There should have been an estate sale of some kind at least.
This is the kind of thing I live for.
They're living the high life alright just not the highlife
I still think this area was hit by super storm Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
who is paying for all that running water. Nobody! but you have to pay your water bill.
thats super sad
so so sad...
Cold water on tap
SO Sad
I agree with a comment thinking this is not a private house. maybe a clubhouse or something. then the whole club abandonded it idk
There is no way that house is that old and abandoned for sling how did that modern Escalade
Got to have a copy of Titanic.
ya but why is it trashed and everything thrown around is my question.
"They liked their pornography"
"Well, who doesn't?"
You take nothing with you when you die.
Perfect house for Lamont!
lol
I'd rather live in my van.
Somebody forgot their rap lyrics in that place!
That Nissan is there cause the CVT left the chat.
I hate seeing leaking water pipes, such a waste 😡
Waste of what? It all returns back to the earth in the end.
That's really what you're concerned about?? Give me a break
Agreed. The explorers could at least have looked for the stopcock under the kitchen sink to turn off the water.
scary
