Please take some time to rest your hands between clients. I developed carpal tunnel during beauty school while working full time. If you get carpal tunnel it will be darn near impossible to do hair full time. Be blessed.

You should get a small drill. That would definitely help with your diy projects. Especially considering you already work with your hands. The drill can keep from put extra stress on your hands rather using a screwdriver.
