Thank you! BlackBerry was the first introduction to smartphones for me (in 2010); it is a shame they discontinued their brand of phones. I miss my BlackBerry Curve 8520 and 9360 models.
heyy! i'm currently searching for a flip phone and i was wondering if any of your phones are able to make calls or text well? I often see people say that their flip phones don't receive calls or have weak signal, which is why i'm asking. sorry if this isn't the right place to ask, but thank you in advance! :3
hi, with the galaxy folders I own, I can make calls and text fine (only thing is on the black folder 2, my WhatsApp video would freeze sometimes). I haven't tested calls or text for my LG ice-cream smart flipphone or this BlackBerry yet.

@TwilightQueen-x8q hi, it more or less depends on your needs - if you do prefer the keyboard then the blackberry is a better option, if you want the classic feel of a phone with basic functionality then the flip phone is better.
hi, wi-fi is usable for this model - haven't tested calls/text but iirc certain apps like BlackBerry World/Messenger/Hub won't work due to the BlackBerry servers shutting down (as of 2022)
@mochisg280 hi, in terms of the browser the one I use is Chrome (which I had to install using external methods), as for messaging services I haven't fully tested them yet but I know (iirc) that you can't use BBM as the BlackBerry servers shutdown
@Renalda5TV hi, iirc I think you can make calls but I haven't tested that feature yet. As for Web browsing, whilst you can access most sites, speeds are quite slow at times (considering the phone was released in 2014) - I would recommend using Google Chrome rather than the default browser.
Based on the plastic wrap job of the BB box I’d say we bought from the same seller. Mine was listed as factory sealed new but I also got a refurbished one. The distinction is most noticeable on the ALT key and Q key :/
