Alam nyo essence ng buhay ntin ay yong pure happiness within. Life is unpredictable, life is short. Kaya love and takecare of yourself. Kahit anong dami ng pera o anong yaman ntin pg kinuha na tau ng Diyos lahat yan maiiwan. Kya ang pagyamanin ntin ay ang pagpuri ntin sa Diyos, pagtulong sa kapwa at pag iipon ng masasayang memories from loved ones and real friends. Wag maging workaholic, gawing balanse at simple ang buhay pra iwas stress at maging healthy.
Share ko lang natutunan ko rin ito in recent years kasi dumaan ako sa sobrang depression. Narealize ko na whereever you are in life, happiness is a choice. Hindi mo kailangang hanapin ang kasiyahan, you need to choose it. Happiness has many forms -love, contentment, gratefulness. Mula noon, mas naging positive na ang thinking ko. Pinipili kong maging masaya araw araw

The best things in life are not material things but time and love. Spend time with the people you love the most and nurture your relationships with them especially with your husband. Count your blessings and focus only what is truly important to you. Always live with a grateful heart. So if you want to be happy, just make a plan that you believe can achieve it in your happy way. Some people happiness happened when they can achieved something spectacular but many of us also happy just by simple things around. Miss Heart, it's OK to stop a moment take a break and live your life at that moment. Just doing simple thing is better

Just because you have more money, doesn't mean you spend more of it. They had agreements about how that was to be dealt with, but since her Instagram page started growing, things started changing.
As a mom,seeing my kid's smile everyday is enough for me to move forward everyday . As a person, a woman, sister and a daughter , putting an effort to love myself a little bit more everyday has been my goal whenever i wake up for another day , especially if my mind filled in negative emotions. Many people keep on searching of what really makes them happy...but the truth is ,people can't really be happy because of being "Discontented" Many famous people committed suicide despite of being famous and rich...because they lost people who loves them in exchanged of searching happiness in any things but they ended up in despair and suffered depression some took drugs just to feel happiness, some committed suicide 😢

i travel a lot in mindanao due to work and do vlogging all the places i visited. but i miss home (kids) all the time may pasok na kasi kaya di na nakakasama. lesson learned kahit sang place kpa magpunta if your only happiness is something different, mawawala lang din yung panandaliang saya. i feel ms. heart na kahit gano kadaming pera at mamahaling gamit may times talaga na di ka masaya sa ganun. Make peace with old friends, reconnect with family, rebuild bridges that have been burnt before because of pride, accept that someone will always be better than you, and be happy for others.. These are the things you have to do to be able to accept whatever it is that you're going through.. Sometimes, even though we already have everything, we still can't help feeling sad, envious, insecure and pressured.. But just pray to God and tell him the things that you can't say to others. it will make your burden lighter. Also, lay low from socmed and go out, make new friends while keeping the old ones. She's never really been independent because Love Marie has always had her parents, siblings, and husband looking after her best interests. She's the youngest of her siblings as most everyone knows. She just took her first solo trip not too long ago. If you watch her "Adulting with Chiz" vlogs carefully, you'll see that even after her marriage, there was much she did not know about, like setting up a bank account. She has always had someone for this or that. It's good that she is still growing but, unlike regular people, there's so much a person her age should already know. Her husband was the person advising her on matters she wasn't aware of after she got married.

As i watched your videos right now. I actually feel you heart. 2010 as i first lost my daughter we are all excited to meet her and we are just waiting 2 weeks in my due date and we found out that there is no heart beat anymore yes we lost her and it was very devastated for me and my husband. And yes i became you buying expensive things to cover up the pain as what my therapist said. After 3 yrs i got pregnant again with a beautiful baby girl abd she is now 9yrs old. I stop buying expensive stuff as i get more busy with her everythings turns out reay good but my depression is still the loss is never be forgotten and i am still in pain but because my rainbow daughter is there it change so quick. But after 2 yrs i got pregnant again but only 8weeks i lost the baby and same i was in deep pain. But with the help of my therapist and my Loving husband i cope to that little by little and I've been busy again after 2 yrs again i got pregnant with a beautiful baby girl but unfortunately last 2019 she got leukemia and died in age og 2yrs & 7months. It was hard until now i can't cope to that and now i am back again looking for this true happiness that i think i couldn't achieve anymore. Yes i am back now buying expensive stuff. But now i got job to keep me more busy and 2 yrs from now after the death of my daughter i started sewing and this is my therapy. I think many of us underestimate the depression. It doesn't mean we are buying expensive stuff means we are wasting our money. We are looking for something to make us happy. But i really wish for you heart to find really true happiness what you are really looking for. For now i am blessed with so much true friends and my husband and my 9yr.old daughter is always there. My colleagues who always there. I think the true happiness is this true people around you. Keep more time with them im sure you will find the true meaning of happiness. Goodluck to you ❤️

Unahin mo kung ano yung pinaka importante. Ang gamet nanjan lang, it can be acquired, and truth be told, they go out of fashion. What is important for you is the question. What will make YOU really happy? And if you go against what you want and compromise in the end - will YOU regret it? These are the questions we need to ask ourselves when faced with a crossroad.

Money and popularity are just part of this TEMPORARY LIFE that many die for it to have. But the moment u know you're priority and that is to work hard for your hereafter then you'll not get disappointed and you'll not wish for anything that is temporary coz u have a big goal in life. Contentment and being grateful every single day is the only KEY to happiness po.
