I have been a server owner for 5 years now (maybe longer, who counts (: ) Game sucks. Content is released too slowly, the same goes for bug fixing. Server files are not available and hosting providers think all admins are millionaires. EULA is too strict in terms of private server revenue. Still love it.

i would never say it sucks because it doesnt but what keeps it of my list of awsome games is that the systems are way overtuned like hunger, stamina, health/infection ,swimming weight ect others might not see it as important but another point for me are the animals thier implementation is just weak i like to go hunt and you have this cool tracking mechanic like in "the hunter" but as it is now animals are just ...there... with the strange noise you hear from time to time that you cant even identify properly
I love scum. I believe it has potential to become the best game I ever played. However they have done little erase my fears of them ever getting the puppet spawns right. They may eventually make it tolerable but they will still be immersion killers. I should be able to scout a poi before entering and take out visible threats with a sniper rifle. The devs are hell bent on constantly tweaking the current system. It won’t work. We need something more similar to pre 0.95
@user-xk4qq6vg3b yeah testing the spawns with commands, I can kill all in a radius, and them use the command to do it again seconds later and it shows they all respawn within that time, makes no sense
been playing scum since early access and imo i dont even play anymore. its pointless with the state the game is in for real. you put a camo on a sniper , still it makes it vanish.... still. every single fking thing the devs add into the game is full of bugs. everything. go into the woods and make a base in the woods deep in the woods. you will lose almost all your stuff because the game makes your sht vanish out of thin air. in the woods lmao. number 2: you have 4 full clips of idk .45 block ammo mags you go to reload and the mag you had in the gun vanishes GONE no where to be found *MISSING* waste of time dude lmao. number 3: MOVEMENT has to go. oh yeah we get a scratch on our foot we die. but we can jump 80 feet in the air with max weight...... game is brokenly stupid. dont forget the camera glitch that is still working in the game.... makes you invisible....
@Gills420 oh wow, I was unaware of these bugs! Guess I'm not surprised seeing the video we're commenting on. There's seem to be alot of these tweaks that people point out that on paper sound so easy to fix, but they just never do. Like as if they want shock value dropship updates over simple fixes

@Gills420 I know I've had several rage quit moments. Mainly just from falling through the floor or from bad collision, loosing my whole inventory in a vehicle falling through the ground. Fixes are a must
@AloneBG89 so godmode in scum means instant building. But goto server settings, and the last tab with the map, you can toggle on and off what types of damage you want to take, fall damage, sentry damage, puppet damage. You still take certain unspecified damages, sometimes tear gas or getting a C4 from a razor
Haha bow and arrow became the best weapon in game 9 months ago. Sad but true. Scum is a joke now. I hope it will get better but for the last year it had major changes and went downhill likenever before.. Nice videos and tests, mate! I enjoyed BBEncounter dropship and plane videos.

SCUM sucks because it is too easy. Can clear all content with a 20# bow, pointy sticks, 1.0 strength, no combat skills on all difficulty sliders maxed across the board. Easy = trash

@onlineghost9813 the spawn while you base build, or when you fail to open abandoned bunkers, or randomly apparently anywhere. No started mid 2023.

as a person that used to play dayz before it became a real game. i can say scum is so much better. i mean compared to scum dayz is child's play.
