reasons why the two animations are different is because the original is a mmd animation, that program has a good amount of restrictions, that, and it was made by one person, the minecraft version was made with Blender, which is a up to date, and a much stronger program that has very little restrictions, it's also by a team of people.
am I the only one that feels like in the Non Minecraft Animation, The Guy didn't really seem as such an bad guy, I would even say that in that animation he didn't really deserve to die. in The Minecraft version though.. He absolutely deserved to Die for abandoning her to the undead.

When he gets himself cornered, it took him a second to know that there’s no other way before taking his gun out, and you can see that he was shaking, as if he was hesatating to shoot her.
