It is cultural, i've been surrounded by koreans half my life and most of them definitely eat mouthful of freshly cooked ramyeon without injuring their tongues.

Hm.... Hamzy is using the Dolsot not to make Sundubujjigae cool. I know you can’t understand it, but Sundubujjigae MUST be hot while she’s eating it. Dolsot: Korean traditional stone pot, black one. It can preserve heat so long. So Korean use this when we don’t want food to cool.
Bruh, if she lets it cool down, it wouldn't be as delicious while it's hot. Do you guys eat your food when it's cold or not hot anymore? Might as well, eat something raw. Koreans prefer eating food while it's hot, it's just a matter of preference.
