Hello Foodies!
Today we came up Rayalaseema style spicy velluli Karam pachadi. velluli is nothing but garlic in Telugu. Spicy garlic chutney recipe is so easy to make, can preserve for 1 month.
Simple garlic chutney goes well with rice ragi sangati and Jonna rotte as well. This spicy garlic chutney is very popular and in Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh.
Velluli chutney preservation purely depends on frying the garlic. Frying garlic to light golden gives good preservation. If you like the aroma of garlic can toss for a few minutes and grind.
Usually grinding to a fine chutney goes well with any breakfast, coarsely ground chutney tastes better with rice and ragi sangati.
