In Pakistan, everything is made with fire 🔥

The autotransformer windings are 100% aluminium but the sticker on the finished product says it's 99.9% copper
You are right but this is really pure copper
Sorry, but the windings look like copper to me, clue is also that he do solder the wires to the tabs easily.
@K2teknik. Yes, it is absolutely pure copper

That connector "crimping" with a hammer is atrocious. Otherwise quite nice production process for the conditions.
Thank you so much dear 💖
Yep. That won't give a good strong connection and will likely pull loose or short.

100% garenteed high quality item ( garentee void if swithed on )
Very funny
Are these needed because the power grid voltage is unstable?
Yes, if you load your grid heavily, the voltage will drop. Usually, it's not a big deal, old crt television had problems with it ( the picture gets smaller). But obviously, there is a need here, also wondering where this is needed nowadays.
@@berndgrabitzstabilizers are heavily used in the xUSSR region and in some remote rural places of Europe.
@stanivasyuk you are right 👍
We had an electrician in to do an electrical installation of a 3 phase isolator for a machine, the first thing he done was bash crimp lugs on the cable ends with a hammer...... He was immediately escorted off the premises.
Apparently, this is why we are now seeing that equipment and electronics are often completed until the end of the warranty and then suddenly break down.
Works on relays, they connect parts of Transformer as required. These heavy duty relays are controlled by a control circuit.
@@coolguy_777 спасибо !
So, they can't maintain nor improve their power grid and must now produce these.
No lockwashers. No grounds. No fuses. Awfully dodgy.

It must be nearly the same quality, like anything from Russia :-D
You should keep trying to improve
Better than drug addicts and homeless people who piss and shit in elevators on the streets everywhere. These people create something, even if it is of poor quality.
this was said by a man who was born to clean the toilets of the Germans, lol
But it works and lasts a long time. Unlike equipment produced in “civilized” countries, where it works until the end of the warranty period and then suddenly breaks down. And they make special complications in designs to make repair and maintenance difficult, in order to force the user to buy a new product rather than repair the old one...
Lovers of ecology....
Export quality??? Really?
Of course
Is the shown brand the real brand of this product?
Is this real facility, only for Pakistan market maybe?
My english is not perfect I hope you understand :)
The visible brand is not original but the material used is of high quality

The products from this factory will suffice to supply all Pakistanis needs for an Automatic Stabilizer.

This manufacturing style is called "hard tooling", each machine is punching or bending the sheet in a fixed way so if you want to build different products you either need to allocate a machine to each product or, as seen in this video, you need to use several simple machines. Each one of them only makes a portion of the required job, then use several machines to get the combination of holes and bends for the specific product you need to build. This is totally obsolete on western manufacturing plants. On our factory we use two linked automatic machines to produce a steel electrical equipment box like the one on this video. The first machine is feed large sheets from a robot, cuts them in smaller pieces with a laser beam and makes all the hole punches. The following machine does all the bends, the output at the other end of the machines is a complete box ready to be painted. This is a "soft tooling" process, the machines are driven by a computer and to switch between products you just select a different program on the computer.
yes, but the factory hire more men for do the job. More people taking food to their home.
Maybe 3000 watts on a good day.
These things are probably all scratched up after assembly. Look at the filthy work benches.
Right 👍
I'm surprised there isn't a single piece of wood inside...
👍

awful quality
Dont think so, they are using wire lugs, the quality of the control board also looks okay
Thanks
@@TheBalconyWorkspace wire lugs you "crimp" with a hit by a hammer, it that the right way?
It is a fact that a poor country does not have all the facilities
@@K2teknik. K2 you are right, hammering cannot provide enogh contact surface area, but consider their broduction backgrounds and the overall quality especially when compared with other local manufacturers.
Sure their products cannot pass any international standards today, but what could you expect from local factories?
The philosophy there is "useable" instead of world wide market.
