For hawks I recommend kite around him either left or right. Shoot and glide and move in for combos. Punish on shield hits with melee string to alpha or 2 melees to clap instead of clap unless you know you’re gonna get it. He only has 250 hp so easy to drop, and it’s really useful to time the wake ups with a clap.
This video pleases me greatly. Jokes aside I think this has been one of the metas where her shield matters the least and is based on whether you pick n choose fights, as well as knowing your spacing for gammas

Demon kendo does have a pretty good build against rapids but I’ve been using Dani and he’s op when it comes to fighting rapids bc of his special action stuns hawks out of his beta and he can also human stun gun him out of it as well so I think he’s a good match up against the evil know as hawks great vid btw
I've been playing Kendo a lot more this season after being an Ochaco main for so long because of this hawks meta. Her shield is definitely underrated and her mobility is slept on since her clap cooldowns are so fast, ppl usually don't expect me to chase them and it catches them off guard. One tip is that her air melee gives a slight vertical boost, so I usually use that if 3 claps arent enough to get me up a ledge. Also if you're being chased, dodge-rolling off a ledge and continuously air-meleeing makes her fly pretty far and fast, I've gotten out of a lot of fights using that tech.
Btw if hawks is in the free flight of his beta and flys into kendos shield it counts as him attacking the shield as if it was a melee even when he wasn't slicing
Also kendo can block strike shigaraki beta if she is facing the center of the beta and you can protect teamates that are downed or you know need to heal
Here are the characters I hate playing against: Hawks Strike Dabi Strike Deku Assault Shigaraki Now, Present Mic is mostly fine, I’m mostly pissed that his punch is Kirishima’a punch but better. I think having one less radio and fixing his Gamma and Mic would be fine, as I saw your present mic, and you were throwing out radios fairly frequently. Love Kendo tho! I have a bit of a vendetta against Kendo, I nearly soloed the final team alone with no allies because they left. I managed to down both of her teammates in one attack. So it was my Iida versus Kendo and I kid you not, EVERYTHING went wrong, my Betas did the weird not tracking thing, they were a roll god, and my younger sibling was being annoying. I literally only needed to do a single Beta and I would have won my first 1v3 I have ever been in. I burnt out in front of her and she KO’d me… ever since then I have ALWAYS lost a 3v1 even if the fight was in my favor :( I won’t give up though!

Don’t be scared of shigi. You counter him by gliding and shooting. Then when he uses his alpha you punish with a combo. If he does aoe you can clap him once and use another clap to back out, or an air melee if it’s small enough/you’re closer to the edge. It’s a little harder when surrounded but it’s not as bad a fight as you would think.
Hate that even when a Hawks plays really, really dumb against you he'll still end up winning. Was playing as Tech Dabi and got chased for half the map by a Hawks and I could tell he wasn't necessarily a smart player (kept running into traps rather than disabling them with his alpha) but his beta did so much damage and his cooldowns were so much better that I eventually ran out of traps to zone with and ended up a sitting duck.
I almost lost to a Kendo as Hawks and also I think it's better to use the roll tickets for quirk skill sets because I don't think you could use your character tickets for quirk skill sets so just wait to use your character tickets on characters and use your roll tickets for quirk skill sets

But for real, tho I do have more respect for kendo mains compared to most other character that have a very powerful trap card in their pocket. Even Kendo's clap takes a bit more skill than most other big damaging moves

Both characters have combos into their jab strings, and the second hit of their melee string launches them forward a considerable distance with a small amount of tracking, more than people expect! There really is magic in our bones!
My hero ultra rumble has been my favourite game since season 6 but as a PC gamer I found it hard to get wins in Ranked and solos getting downed when the match starts by watching charismatic for a month now and I've seen improvement and I now can do more combos and yesterday I was so happy of how many time I got 2 or 3rd place with about 4 to 6 K.OS in Ranked almost at pro rank problem going to hit it tomorrow
