El Estepario is defying belief. You see what he does - and still you can't believe it's even possible. There must be a trick of some kind. And there is! It's called practicing.
I am such a novice when it comes to music theory but thoroughly enjoyed this breakdown. As an amateur, I look at what Estepario is doing like a magic trick. I have no clue what really is happening but I'm gonna be smiling throughout
it took him 8 hours a day for 20 days to get this. hes dedicated, and a genius. check his other stuff, gagnam style, thriller... and well all of his stuff. i loved as well kights of cydonia, by muse.
Dude, it always feels so good when a guy like this pulls out a fully polished version of something you've been working on. The two sticks for the right hand, and a kick for a snare are things I've been practicing for a year or so. I think a rig can be built that would allow you to do what he was doing with the double sticks, but on the snare.
Love ShawkaReacts breakdown on what's going on here. Have whatched his and other's reaction to this drumcover, discover new details every time and never go tired. Wow!
I totally agree with your comments about him & what (?) he did with this song ,I've seen so much of his work & this is most impressive to me. One other that stands out in my mind is him experimenting with the handpan drum & he plays "Toxicity" by System of a Down - it's hypnotizing (& beautiful ) and showcases his creative diversity in a different way - worth a look !
And playing "ghostnotes" to the bassdrumbeat? I can't keep up or put it together, understand it or make it work in my head and what's up with that? Lost for words about Mr. Siberiano , man.....!
He's not using the Dualist pedals on this one. That fast section is just him being absurdly fast on regular pedals. I think he's doing 16th-note triplets with his feet, and he's playing eighth notes on the floor tom with the right hand (with occasional cymbals). Or something.
If you think this shit is crazy you need to watch his videos of him doing one handed drumming to crazy hard songs lol this dude is AI he’s not human. Nah jk he got God given talent plus just practices literally all day everyday and he’s become the master of drumming plain and simple

Brilliant , the most impressive drummer ever !
You got to watch his knights of cydonia cover
A gift from the gods, but only for a moment

badadan chase and status extreme drum and bass cover
I love it! Have been waiting for this reaction since I subscribed to your channel. And no, I don't think there's a better video of him than this.
Agree, here it seems like he had some epiphany of sorts.

Wow!
His best covers are when he does songs that had electronic drums. He keeps it tight with just enough humanity in it.
Love it and I'm left sitting here laughing out loud!
I surrender totally and what a performance, what a drummer AND a musician...!

Afterwards he talks about his kick pedal.
That's the other video (Blinding Lights).
This guy needs to be in a band, is what everyone said. Have you reviewed The Cost? Would watch for sure.
Not yet. They are on the list though!
He's using one pedal for the vertical snare on the floor on his left
And playing "ghostnotes" to the bassdrumbeat?

You need to check out his 4 pedal video.
Oh no, he figured out heel-toe. There's nothing left for the rest of us now.

Great reaction. This drum cover is a real trip.
Yes it was!
👑🥁
You have to see the cover of baddadan, for me is the most hard cover he did
He should have covered Godzilla by Blue Oyster Cult.
