Per law, these marketing staff or anyone selling/advertising online (not the property owner) is considered "kolorum/illegal" and punishable by law. Also follow the RA 9646 law : 20 real estate salespersons to 1 broker only. Kung sobra na dun, illegal na din yun.
If you want to be a successful Real Estate Salesperson? Get a license first! Abide by RA 9646 Real Estate Service Act! Don't be a colorum/illegal agent! Did you know that a colorum agent can get jailed? Study RA 9646 first before you start selling!
I heard from my workmates that this eleuteryo man is not properly releasing commissions to his agents.. and came in a situation where his agents filed charges against this guy... Not a type of man i like to be with..
