R129 Side Air Vents

The left and right side air vents for heating and air conditioning can become cracked and damaged over the years. In this video I show how to get into this area of the Mercedes-Benz R129. I've tried showing you in reverse in case that helps visualize what's under the speaker cover and upper ledge before you start prying up and unscrewing trim pieces.

What did you order for the small pieces attached to the vent? I have the same issue, wonder if I need to replace the full-vent grill dash
