I just pre-ordered one this week. Been the first hand held desktop I bought since the Pocket C.H.I.P. (which I loved but the company was crap). I know this is much bigger but it's portable enough for me to carry it in my back pack when I'm out and about this winter (if I get it by then). Also, I love how you did your video. Great music BTW.

i only tried my vim setup, if doom emacs can run in a RPi, then this device can run as well. It's a bit slow for browsing the internet, but any text based application should be fine.
tbh, it's more of a toy for me. my previous job requires server ops on-call, it could be a good use case, but you could also use a phone with SSH in this case.
It's a semi-portable Linux PC that run a raspberry pi 4 compute module. You can use it for general computing tasks, programming, networking, or something like PICO-8 development or playing old school emulators.

thanks! if you want to carry it around, it's better to have a protective pouch, the screen is kinda fragile.
