1. Scotch Bonnet peppers
2. African purple rose peppers
3. Bird peppers
4. ....
do note, there may be hotter peppers that are on the scales of numbing the taste buds and more varieties that are similar with different namesake
I hope it goes to note: Not everyone likes nuts in their dessert. If I were a judge, I would have come over that comment with, "I enjoyed your brownie because there was very little to no nuts"

Not every brownies are the same and it varies by the bakers liking.
Brownies are and can also be subjective and objective to ones preferred/preference taste and or childhood memories
Sometimes the judges are too picky and imput their own likes & dislikes projections, having the contestants discombobulated second guessing their own abilities and capabilities.
Some needs the harsh awakening critic whilst others are smooth sailing owning their skillset
