I assume latency/ping variation between players and servers. Not 100% sure, but there is also an issue with hit registration, client or sever side idk. Like shooting someone in the head several times, then die, and it shows in after action report that you were hitting a part of their body that you couldn't even see. These issues could be linked too, but im just speculating.

Why don't you use the IND70 helmet? Most of the reasons why you die is because you get headshot while peaking or throwing nades
