I picked up the stonewashed cleaver and the bowie yesterday. They're perfect for the small of your back with horizontal mounting! I almost left the cleaver behind because I figured the blade wouldn't be as versatile as the others. After getting them home I'm really glad I grabbed both! Now I want the tanto and the karambit. These knives feel perfect in my big ass hands! Really impressed with it for a sub 30 dollar knife! If you're thinking about getting one, just do it! You'll be glad you did!
Already had a Minimalist Bowie from SMKW in their proprietary D2 and dark tan micarta for a really, really friendly $24 price tag. Cha-Ching! Now THAT’S incredible. I noticed that BHQ and someone else had this li’l cleaver in D2 as well. One has Jade G-10 scales and stonewashed steel…the other is Orange G-10 with a black blade. These neat and fun little neckers are great to begin with but D2 takes them to the next level. I’d LOVE to see the Persian blade in D2. That’s enough outta me…except I do admit to chuckling whenever you talk about CHOPPING with the mini cleaver. Very nice presentation though. Enjoy your work.
Just bought this one at Walmart yesterday. I wasn't sure how good it would fit my big hands but it actually feels pretty good. Mine did come with the belt clip but wearing it as a neck knife I can't even feel it. Great review, thanks
@@keithbeckett1349 oh my bad lol it's pretty good, especially for box cutting and tasks that require something sharper, I use the Bowie alot more tho, that thing can take a beating, I've cut through wire, wood got it muddy and everything inbetween and the edge is still perfect on it, for the money they are the best fixed blades.
Just bought mine at Walmart for $17 did not get the belt clip so I will have to go back to get that.... Great little multi-purpose knife... You will have to sharpen it...not very sharp
Belt clip....no. It comes with a cheap loop. But for a clip on/off you have to find that separate. If you try and use the loop they provide. It is janky af and wobbles all over. Which is bad.
