I listen to music like this at night specifically because it helps me sleep. I’m 4 months pregnant and sort of still freaking out a little. I also have adhd so sometimes complete silence drives me bonkers. Hope everyone is feeling the good vibes this music offers. So long and good night everyone

I love the lofi community because it helps me with anxiety. I get nervous, self conscious and generally anxious in public a lot. my classmates are very supportive, and the lofi community is the most calming, non-toxic community I’ve ever been in! i feel so lucky

I'm an Overthinker, Since i was a kid i would always take so long to make a decision..why? because i would always overthink the decisions way too far and it makes me scared. ofc my parents didn't understand why does it take me so long to literally create 1 decision and they would always shout at me when im taking too long. I haven't fully recovered since i don't go to a hospital or do therapy because i don't tell my parents.. but seeing alot of positive comments and musics i feel encouraged to heal and start thinking positive!! for all my overthinker buddies out there stay strong!! i know you can do it
I take forever with decisions too... I'm always just trying to find the correct decision, the one that's objectively the best, but most of the time that doesn't exist. So I'm just stuck in a loop of weighing up options, knowing that they're all the same value in the end. I've gotten a bit better with this, but I still overthink important decisions way too much. It's not my fault there are this many options ;-;
Kind of glad there's finally a community of people not trying to bring each other's moods down, even when times are tough. I love this supportiveness and sense of willingness to feel mentally better, or at least try and cope in healthy ways even when suffering from mental illness. I know how you feel . As someone that managed to heal from depression I want to say to you to don't lose hope (I know, it's really difficult, but you can do it) and to give yourself time to heal . It's a long process and sometimes when I was depressed I was so angry with myself because I thought I was a nullity, incapable, stupid , but it's not true. If it happened also to you, remember to be kind with yourself and give yourself all the time that you need , because you're fighting against a real monster and every little step you take leads you towards healing. After , when you heal completely, you're going to be so proud of yourself because you will realize how much strong you are. You are strong and beautiful and you deserve love, don't forget that ❤️ (I'm sorry for eventual mistakes but english is not my first language 😅)

For a group assignment, I got assigned to these two people that are both really serious about sport... They both have a super serious soccer game they're playing in on Saturday, so I'm the only one working on this assignment... they need to practice, so... I didn't have the heart to tell them that I have a piano exam on Friday that I need to practice for... I wanted to get angry, but I couldn't... they're both really nice people and I know they wouldn't lie to me... Right now, it's just hit twelve o'clock. I'm in my bedroom, working on a group assignment that's worth 10% of my grade... all alone.... Haha, that sounds pretty sad. This video gave the strength to keep going!! I'm dealing with a lot of stress with online school and barely ever have time with my family. I try not to cry in front of them because I know they're dealing with stuff too. Showers really help me relax and have fun without worrying to much. I'm starting to not care about school too much and more about myself, thanks for the relaxing music Update: I am now back to in person school and feel a lot better

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder : After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. To the person who read this, It’s been hard for you, I know, and it makes me sad that you don’t see yourself in the way I see you. Sometimes they are things in life that cause us to loose ourselves, and the way you have is so unimaginable painful. I miss your smile, the way your eyes light up the whole room just by the sound of your laughter. I miss the way you accepted the way you look in the mirror without cursing yourself out about how ugly you look. I miss the way you didn’t think of yourself as a failure because everyone makes mistakes, we all have flaws and we all aren’t perfect. It’s painful to see that no one around you seems to see the pain trough your eyes, but, stranger, I do, I see how heavy your heart is and how comforting the sadness for you might be, how afraid your heart is of happiness because it disappears in the end, right? You don’t know how much impact you have in this world and it’s sad to see that your demons fight against you and want to take over you. Because you do make change, it’s something so simple and little that brightens up someone’s whole world, it can be a small smile from your lips, the way you look at things you’re passionate about, the way you make yourself eat even though it’s been hard for you lately, the way you zoom out and go in your own world, you brighten up my world by reading this, it means a lot to me that you’re here, existing, but I don’t want you to just exist, you deserve to feel alive. You deserve to get up in the morning and feel good about yourself. You deserve to feel something- to feel every damn second alive in this lifetime. It’s heartbreaking that you think you’re not capable of being loved, because you are, I love you trough all my words and I hope you let it happen in your heart. As you can see, I say a lot of “I hope” because I have hope for you even if you don’t have it for yourself, I see hope in you even though you might want to give up. That’s why I hope you won’t see the world in darkness and will see it colorful again, I hope I will give you a glimpse of hope and make the world you see a bit colorful for today. My favorite color is yellow, and I hope the next time you see the color yellow you will think about my words. If someone left you than don’t blame yourself, don’t think you weren’t enough, don’t lower yourself for someone who couldn’t see the awesomeness in you. If you lost someone I am so sorry for your loss, they want you happy, I hope you don’t feel guilty or regret because you were there, you spend enough time with them, they want you to be happy. my way of handling with that is cutting off everything that's possible to cut off you can delete all your social media apps (did that as well), lose contact with the people that make you frustrated frequently or just try avoid them at all costs and also, there's no time to think about the future because that's for when we can call the future present

This playlist is great, I was on the verge of tears because I have Generalized OCD and Anxiety. I have trouble sleeping at night due to my brain going into override which is why I have huge eyebags (Lil raccoon). I needed something to distract myself from it all while meditating and this helped me calm down so much. Going to sleep now 😴🙂

I'm an Overthinker, Since i was a kid i would always take so long to make a decision..why? because i would always overthink the decisions way too far and it makes me scared. ofc my parents didn't understand why does it take me so long to literally create 1 decision and they would always shout at me when im taking too long.
I haven't fully recovered since i don't go to a hospital or do therapy because i don't tell my parents.. but seeing alot of positive comments and musics i feel encouraged to heal and start thinking positive!! for all my overthinker buddies out there stay strong!! i know you can do it

I take forever with decisions too... I'm always just trying to find the correct decision, the one that's objectively the best, but most of the time that doesn't exist. So I'm just stuck in a loop of weighing up options, knowing that they're all the same value in the end. I've gotten a bit better with this, but I still overthink important decisions way too much.
It's not my fault there are this many options ;-;
If you can't go to therapy, there are apps that offer those services, or at least you can try meditation. It'll help to calm you
Kind of glad there's finally a community of people not trying to bring each other's moods down, even when times are tough. I love this supportiveness and sense of willingness to feel mentally better, or at least try and cope in healthy ways even when suffering from mental illness. I know how you feel . As someone that managed to heal from depression I want to say to you to don't lose hope (I know, it's really difficult, but you can do it) and to give yourself time to heal . It's a long process and sometimes when I was depressed I was so angry with myself because I thought I was a nullity, incapable, stupid , but it's not true. If it happened also to you, remember to be kind with yourself and give yourself all the time that you need , because you're fighting against a real monster and every little step you take leads you towards healing. After , when you heal completely, you're going to be so proud of yourself because you will realize how much strong you are. You are strong and beautiful and you deserve love, don't forget that ❤️

I'm dealing with a lot of stress with online school and barely ever have time with my family. I try not to cry in front of them because I know they're dealing with stuff too. Showers really help me relax and have fun without worrying to much. I'm starting to not care about school too much and more about myself, thanks for the relaxing music

I have lived with anxiety my hole life, I have panic attacks, I don't know if I have depression since I have never been to a professional but I kind of feel sad almost everyday, and on the good days I just don't feel anything. thank you for this video, it helps me to calm down the negative thoughts, and reading the comments is also encouraging, I hope everyone can feel better

Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder : After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.

It’s been hard for you, I know, and it makes me sad that you don’t see yourself in the way I see you. Sometimes they are things in life that cause us to loose ourselves, and the way you have is so unimaginable painful. I miss your smile, the way your eyes light up the whole room just by the sound of your laughter. I miss the way you accepted the way you look in the mirror without cursing yourself out about how ugly you look. I miss the way you didn’t think of yourself as a failure because everyone makes mistakes, we all have flaws and we all aren’t perfect. It’s painful to see that no one around you seems to see the pain trough your eyes, but, stranger, I do, I see how heavy your heart is and how comforting the sadness for you might be, how afraid your heart is of happiness because it disappears in the end, right? You don’t know how much impact you have in this world and it’s sad to see that your demons fight against you and want to take over you. Because you do make change, it’s something so simple and little that brightens up someone’s whole world, it can be a small smile from your lips, the way you look at things you’re passionate about, the way you make yourself eat even though it’s been hard for you lately, the way you zoom out and go in your own world, you brighten up my world by reading this, it means a lot to me that you’re here, existing, but I don’t want you to just exist, you deserve to feel alive. You deserve to get up in the morning and feel good about yourself. You deserve to feel something- to feel every damn second alive in this lifetime. It’s heartbreaking that you think you’re not capable of being loved, because you are, I love you trough all my words and I hope you let it happen in your heart. Love is scary, I know, maybe you heart had been broken once and since then you wanted to be rather numb than feel ever again, it hurts me how you punish yourself, does it not deserve love? Because YOU DO deserve love, please forgive yourself, it’s not your fault that the demons want to take over your beautiful heart. You make me happy by reading this, you make me feel something by your presence and when you can make me feel that way than you also make other people feel that way about you too. I hope you stay for yourself and don’t let your story get written by others but by yourself, it’s your story not theirs. As you can see, I say a lot of “I hope” because I have hope for you even if you don’t have it for yourself, I see hope in you even though you might want to give up. That’s why I hope you won’t see the world in darkness and will see it colorful again, I hope I will give you a glimpse of hope and make the world you see a bit colorful for today. My favorite color is yellow, and I hope the next time you see the color yellow you will think about my words. If someone left you than don’t blame yourself, don’t think you weren’t enough, don’t lower yourself for someone who couldn’t see the awesomeness in you. If you lost someone I am so sorry for your loss, they want you happy, I hope you don’t feel guilty or regret because you were there, you spend enough time with them, they want you to be happy. I am feeling really bad those days. I feel unhappy and unworthy of everything. I am really hard to myself and I just feel overwhelmed by so many things. Relationships , social media , parents, my future ... I am stressing over bunch of things that stop me from my goals, from taking care of myself, from happiness actually. I am just fed up of everything.
YOU are WORTHY. YOU are doing a great job. Take a Breathe. You will get through this. try and get sleep, drink water, go for a walk. maybe find something you used to enjoy and try making a time everyday to do that. I know its hard when you have a busy schedule to fit it in but please give it a go. even just 5 mins. take a bath , drink some tea or read a book. my way of handling with that is cutting off everything that's possible to cut off
you can delete all your social media apps (did that as well), lose contact with the people that make you frustrated frequently or just try avoid them at all costs

I have story to tell. I have trauma from old school. I've experienced bullying, being humiliated, sexual violence, traumatic events from media, and toxic parents bad-mouthing at me. Luckily i have transferred to a new school and found friends who are kind to me and helping me to feel better. Always remember that there is hope even you think there isn't. Music helps me feel better.

This playlist is great, I was on the verge of tears because I have Generalized OCD and Anxiety. I have trouble sleeping at night due to my brain going into override which is why I have huge eyebags (Lil raccoon). I needed something to distract myself from it all while meditating and this helped me calm down so much.

same.. studying keeps my brain full, and one day i had a math exam, and i literally kept getting nightmares on it at night when i was asleep, i felt so uncomfortable when i woke up to school.
I'm in the middle of class and I cried and felt myself shaking like crazy
No one noticed, my friends who are normally here to help aren't here today, and the first place I thought to come was here, so here I am, and suddenly I feel just a little bit better, seeing everyone be nice to one another just made me ease my anxiety for the day, dispite depression kicking me in the side, I think I'll be okay :)

I freaked out a bit over losing a bunch of important things to me a couple minutes ago. We figured it out and I still have the stuff. But I was/am still fired up with anxiety over it. I thought of listening to some calming music and I remembered I had added this playlist to a playlist of mine. I'm glad I came here. I can already feel myself calming down more. Thank you to everyone for creating a calming place for people like me.
I’m a grown woman with a child and life, and this music just coasted me out of a panic attack. Everyday I’m looking for safe and simple ways to manage my PTSD and anxiety, sometimes at night it’s hard to even leave my bed because im so afraid. lately, i've been super stressed with intrusive thoughts but i still try to remind myself that i'm not my thoughts and the fact that they're intrusive to me is a good sign but even so it's still difficult so this kind of music is really nice to have :]
I love listening to LoFi music for the past three months now. I've been overstimulated with work and apartment problems, so being able to just relax with my headphones on while I work towards my goals is a priceless feeling.
