Amazing! I wish I had known you all were coming. I would have come to the BBQ class for sure. As an Aussie that migrated to Finland years ago - I relate so hard to your experiences here! Finland is an amazing place. Especially if you like life laid back and chill with lots of nature. I would love a local source for your sausage mix by the way, maybe you could convince Miller's to stock it or make their own version?
I've been following your channel for so long and it's been a great inspiration. Wish I'd known you were in the country. Though I would've had to come from way up north
If you like those little lake fish...you need to make a trip up to the North Shore of MN in the spring and find yourself a good smelt fry. Getting harder and harder to find...
Would you like me to elaborate on what the poor people were doing whilst you were out and about? Jk. Nice trip, looks like a shit-ton of fun and... some great food. Nicely done
Those aren't like kiloche's. A real kiloche is a type of Czech pastry. But in Texas, hotdogs or sausages stuffed in dough sometimes with cheese and jalapeños are called kiloche. The meat pies are similar to the German bierocks. Only Germans stuff theirs with ground beef and cabbage. Dough is different also.
Wait what???? You're "teaching" Finns who have bbq'd thousands of years before your country existed?????? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 That's hilarious! An average Finn will BBQ in one summer more than you in your entire life!
There's something fun about watching people try food that's so familiar to me, but a new experience to them.
Seeing food around the world like this has to be inspiring for future experiments.
Fried smelts are big in Canada as well. However, I would much rather eat them in Finland! One of my all time favorite countries.
You can have basicly any condiments and fillings with that meatpie. Best meatpies you get from snack bars / hot-dog stands in the night after bar.

Skagen toast is best when you make the toast in a pan with butter. Gives off a crouton vibe
I've loved seeing you guys share the BBQ love around the world. These have been amazing videos.
What and experience! I am looking forward to your twist of these recipes in upcoming videos!
It’s Daniel just met you in Castroville… truly an awesome dude you guys…

Scandinavia is definitely high on my list of places I want to go. Hopefully when you got to Denmark, you went to the Viking Museum.
I’m going to make meat pies!!!
Are those little fish anything like smelt? They're a big deal around the great lakes
Fried vendace, i would believe the taste is pretty similar to smelt.
Thanks B! I’ve enjoyed the videos
10:51 haha what a cut
For the algorithms bay bay!!!

Coming to Sweden also?
It's too cold in Finland.
Clothes help.

You're in Finland, how did you not eat any Lutefisk?
Lutefisk is not really a thing here in Finland. That's more a Norwegian/Swedish thing
@@TrizzaW lucky you, it truly is as disgusting as it looks.
@@stevebloch3184 yeah not keen to try it! Luckily surströmming is also not a thing here. That stuff is vile
Fun fact. Danish are not from Denmark. They’re from Vienna (Wien), Austria. That’s why we call them wieners
❤❤❤
