It's funny isn't it ? Every day white people (mainly white guys) claim that they are
      Victims of "Reverse racism"
      Victims of "Woke Culture"
      Victims of "Political Correctness"
      Victims of "Feminism"
      Victims of "Radical Islam"
      Victims of "Immigrants"
      Victims of "Muslims"
Victims of "Women not given them sëx" (Incels)
And nobody say they have a victim mindset
Nope they're taken seriously. End of the day.
To tell my 8 yr old blk son that he can be anything he wants to be if he tries hard enough is nice, but unless I warn him about the obstacles in his path. I'm ill-suiting him for the real world.
If a person is led to believe that there are no obstacles in their way, and that their hard work and intelligence are all that'll matter, they might slack up. They may overestimate the extent to which whites will recognize their effort and hard work and that's when racism will hit them with FULL FORCE.

He would NEVER say “black ppl are savages” but he will talk about knife crime in inner city London.
He makes these statements that lead up to an obvious conclusion (that black ppl r a problem ) but short of it b4 he stops and winks at other racists
He won't bring it raw but won't mind others who'll bring it raw for him.

@4:26 I actually disagree, I don’t think Wright, other pundits or other players and of colour speak enough. This is bigger than Saka on a newspaper, this is about disrespecting POC just because they can. Same way they disrespect them when they have their hairstyles, how they dress, what they do with their money, and more. This is not just football, it’s the UK. These people will continue until POC actually stand up for one another and let others know it’s not right. We cry about others but we need to take accountability and stop shutting up just cause they pay us

What is more interesting, in my opinion, is that whenever their is a racist incident in football or when they speak of race, Jordan always mentions his mixed race nephew. He has to sit on the fence as well as black players simply because it will possibly affect their income in some way.

After England's first game against Serbia, the pundits were raving about Saka's performance, so what are you talking about. And against Denmark, the only player to get 8/10 marks was Marc Guehi. This idea of instutional racism is just divisive garbage to make money from malcontents. What were tge England fans all singing? HEY JUDE... Jude Bellingham, what colour is he? Black/ mixed race.
What you're doing is corrosive to relations, you're just the reverse side of the coin to the real racists out there. Not cool.

Institutional racism in football is not an idea.
Look at it this way in the entire history of the Premier league, there has only been 11 black managers. Even less have worked in senior positions of the FA, FIFA and UEFA. So why is that when there have been thousands of black players that have played professionally, many also reaching the peak of football.
Based of the numbers alone if even 5% of black professional players became managers or worked in senior positions of the associations then we would of seen hundered if not thousands of black managers by now.

So the Premier League hires on meritocracy when it comes to players, but decides to institute racism when it comes to managers? Regardless of how good a black manager is?
Sorry, but football is a results based business you can't have it both ways.
By your argument white English managers are being racially excluded from the Premier League. In a country with say, conservatively, 20 million white English men only 4 managers are white English.

I don't know about that but I do know everyone was raving about Saka's performance against Serbia. Less so in the second game where everyone was raving about Marc Guehi. Both players black. So...where's the racism?
Footballers and managers are judged on performance. It's all about results.

    • @flyonthewallperspective
      @flyonthewallperspective  6 месяцев назад +1

Looks like you need more numbers. So in just the premier league alone, there has been 104 English managers. That doesn't include all British managers such as the Scottish. Now the premier league has only existed for just over 30 years.
Now if you look at the entirety of football there has only been 28 black managers.
But again like I have said there has been thousands of professional black players. Based on the numbers, there is clearly a mitigating factor that makes becoming a manager for ex pro black players not a viable option.
Unfortunately it is institutional racism by definition.
Institutional racism, also known as systemic racism, is defined as policies and practices that exist throughout a whole society or organization that result in and support a continued unfair advantage to some people and unfair or harmful treatment of others based on race or ethnic group.
