Breathtaking piece and I applaud any pianist that pays tribute (in his own way) to this timeless monument. Thank you Alexander Kobrin,.

Never heard anything like it; never thought such a radical shift of elements could be at all possible. It's no Fire but Water represented in all its states (mostly mist) and qualities, such as reflection power: it can reflect flame among other things.
The very nature of Scriabin has been reflected with such skill (and deep understanding of what the world of shadows and reflections is all about), the illusion is so complete that I'm no longer sure which one is real: flame or its reflection.
    Groundbreaking, actually.
    ...
    Scary too.

Interesting... the colour spectrum is absolutely cold, except the last cord. Flame is not exactly fire, it's more like plasma... but it's hot anyway. Yet it's ice cold at the beginning.
