Man, such great content, so many perfect gems in this video I had to start taking notes. My fav: 27:44 "...you don't want to sell SEO anymore, you want SEO to be a byproduct of the full campaigns you're capable of building." Such powerful words and concept. Full stack is the digital marketing process that will be on the cutting edge in 2020 and beyond.
It’s awesome to see a Canadian crushing it in the space. Love your content, I’ve been studying this stuff for years and I love how concise your material is.
Thanks for the value Rich. I'll be signing up for the marketing funnels course for sure. You have such a fresh style and engaging way of explaining things.

@@richandniche well, in my thoughts it's not a challenge to become a freelancer! Its about the timing they choose to be. I have seen people just learn about SEO and start freelancing despite knowing the other Marketing aspects. Even I have also started freelancing earlier in my career. Then I realized there is a lot of things I have to learn and put my 💯% on every project. And now, after working for more then 4 years for multiple agencies. I have decided try again to be permanent freelancer. I got my website live this time to get started. Ongrow.co
@@richandniche To be fair to Linkedin, the content is decent, but it is slow, repetitive and does not cover real and practical things like how to get first clients. Your videos show me that it can be done, the overview of what I need to get started, the real timelines and help me build confidence. Even though I have 20 years of teaching and management experience, even investigating a new career feels scary, sounds silly I guess, but your videos help bridge that gap. Cheers and best of luck!
Excellent video, it's so much value. I'm close to have my first client for Web design, and I like to offer the funnel creation but its hard to me planning a funnel for that niche. Its Consortium Administration. Have you any idea where I should start? What questions should I ask to my client?
*consult* Who do you want to target? (Target Market) What do those people want? (Value Prop) What is your avg customer worth? How many do we need to get to be successful? How much do you want to spend to try and achieve that goal? "I odn't know how muchhhh" If you were successful how much revenue would you make? "$100000" "Ok, do you think it would be good to spend about $10000-$15000 to try and acheive that goal via digital marketing?" (Agree on value) "Yes" *build funnel and charge $10000.* OR If I could bring you leads would you pay for them? If I could help you convert those leads into customers/clients/partners would you want that? What is something that target would want but no one else would want? (Lead Magnet) *build lead gen funnel and take commisssion* I tried my best Mati.
this is very simplified. I don't know what consortium administration is so Im providing a general answer to get you started. Ultimately you should create your own question trees.
Yes, you should learn how to build websites and setup shopify stores. You should learn the basics of copywriting as well. This will make you very strong at selling online. But if you are broke it can be hard to start as well as your age will make people unsure to trust you. So you need a portfolio to show them what you can do. Start a free blog and some social media accounts and document your progress.
My man, ur content is underrated for real.
Yup!
So true about 'havent seen it yet'. I believe what you say Rich. At the same time after teaching for 20 years it looks like a weird fantasy land!
