I'm amazed Homer never made a Food Blog to document what food is good. I remember he was a food critic in one episode and in another episode Marge, Bart and Lisa became Food Blogs.

I think we need to appreciate the fact that the names of the eateries were mentioned/seen in the scene! Emeril's, Kate's, Bevi's Seafood Co, Jamalia's Cafe, Bon Ton Cafe, Johnny's Po Boys, Crabby Jack's, Gene's Po Boys, Tracey's, Cochon, Di Martino's and MANY more, even if they didn't cover all of the eateries and New Orleans cuisines. After that, I think some fans MIGHT'VE gotten hungry and craving for some wholesome New Orleans meals!
