I just heard this tonight for the first time, and it is extraordinary. I’m in my 40s, love chamber music, and never heard this before. This should be famous, it feels to me (admittedly after one listen) to possibly be a masterpiece. I can’t believe I’ve never heard this before.
There are a few places like that. Generally the cello is playiing an octave higher than written, or continuing a line that stops in the written score. But no weird cuts or anything like that, fortunately.

@@danielg6441 They made a mistake. The first two are the introduction and the first movement. The introduction returns at the end of the composition.
