Literally no one gave Destiny any n-word pass, he decided "with logic and reason" that he has it already bc "black ppl say it all the time and its fun to say" nobody was undersigning it except his weird followers.
@@owenleal the argument someone like destiny would make is that it's not about anyone's feelings, it's just not wrong to say a word without any intent so no one should feel any way about it. if someone has irrational feelings (as he perceives them), it's not his job to correct them
@@owenlealBut as far as I’m aware Destiny was only arguing for being able to use it in private in situations where it’s used in a context that isn’t being racially abusive. He was arguing the logic that if you’re in a private group of likeminded non-racist individuals and use the word no damage is done. That’s clearly a correct position, but of course you can argue the practicalities of it in real life because you never truly know if someone in your white group of friends is a closeted racist. But I think it was the failure of so many people (like Hasanabi) to not even concede the hypothetical is what led him to debate the position so strongly. I think he may have also said reading the word out loud from text or singing along to a song that has the n-word in shouldn’t really be a big deal.
Nobody calls what happened to Maya rape, it was sexual assault. Also Maya helped to cover up a sexual assault against another woman, with a high degree of premeditation and collaboration, she has absolutely no room to talk about defending women in general here.
Extremely gross and freakish comment. People who make mistakes and have acted immorally in the past are still allowed to speak out about being sexually victimized when that happens to them. You shouldn't run around gleefully discrediting those people for sport. Maya was directly involved and affected by this situation through no choice of her own, so of course she can speak about it. Don't be such a lunatic
@@ArgonApricot Except she didn't have a come to Jesus moment. "affected by this situation through no choice of her own" That is a patent lie. Maya needs to publicly repent and take accountability before anybody should listen to her on this topic.
@hamishfatcat3385 Holding people to account for their actions is not crazy. I personally don't want to hear about how bad raping children is from someone who covered up the rape of a child. Call me crazy.

i think his argument was that he's not racist, and doesn't have any racist intent so to him it's just like a funny word
