How would you update the resume when you finished grad school but also have completed undergrad years prior with jobs that relate to that degree? My experience in my grad degree in minimal in comparision to my undergrad.

I worked for an organization where I would frequently do temporary assignments to help other entities within the organization fill a role while they were looking to hire for the position. How would one go about adding that experience to their resume? I have a hard time, because adding those temporary assignments make my resume pretty long, and they also regurgetate the same skills I did in my day-to-day job with the company. Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated!

Working on it! The keys are prioritizing tasks based on your goals, and managing your time with a Calendar :)

I guess my biggest question is how are we to showcase our numerical metrics if we don't " know what they are exactly. I see in the other video that we can quantify how many people we worked with, but is that sufficient even if don't include a metric like "increased 10% efficiency"

Hi! Im an 18 year old university first year, so I don't have any job experience at all (we don't have to have 10 jobs and 5 internships in German high schools). I want to gain experience through internships and side jobs, but don't know what to write on my resume, since I only have my education and my 2- week internship in a pharmacy(where I mainly just brought the people coffee), that has nothing to do with the field I'm trying to get into. Can anyone help me?

Not in the U.S. It's actually not common here but if you are in another country it might be different. For example, In South Korea pictures are very common and recommended. So just look up resume examples in your country.
